Terrible Customer Service
Made an order on accident (my mistake). Reached out about cancelling the order 5 minutes after placing it and they said there was nothing they could do about it. They can’t cancel it. I asked if I could return it and no response. Will not buy from again

I contacted River babe threads about wholesale orders to which they at first had not a problem in the world with getting me my order! After attempting to reach them and purchase 2,in wholesale with them I began dealing with a young lady by the name of Kristin who barley replied to my emails and was not too friendly! Needless to say they left my customers with no items and unhappy! It is truly sad the lack of communication or compassion that was given to another small business owner! I am leaving my review on here because there is no where else to leave itAll I needed was some definite answers that were completely ignored and would have took but minutes out of her day to answer properly! Very poor customer service however there products are very very well made! Best advise to give to them FIRE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM!

Incorrect Sizing No Help From Customer Service I purchased two shirts (different styles) one in a 12M and one in a 6MThey both arrived and were the same size so I emailed customer service and they said that the tags were possibly mislabeledThen they emailed again saying that wasn't the case but that the 6M shirt would shrink so to wash it and send another pictureI did this and the 12M shirt is now actually smaller than the 6M shirtI emailed CS again with updated pictures and they claimed that it's the style of the shirt? I'm not sure in what world a 6M should be larger than 12M? I then asked if I could just purchase it in a smaller size but they don't make them any smallerWon't be purchasing from them again

I've supported this company for years, spent over a thousand $ and have always raved about them to othersLately I've received several damaged items and was told they were sold out and couldn't be replaced so of course that's very disappointingI was offered a gift card on those items as long as they were notified in a timely manner about their defectsAs upset as I've been I've moved onI just received a pair of galaxy euro swim trunks and they are not swim trunksThey're nothing like the other euro trunks I have from this same Company and other companiesThey're loose fitting and not even close to that fabricI emailed and Ashley from customer service and I went back and forthI can tell she's annoyed to be hearing from me again and trust me I am not happy about having to contact them about yet another order but in the end I'm the one who has been consistently getting defective items and still continuing to support the companyI'm unhappy with these because they're not what I ordered and the rep was so rude to meWaved bye and then booted me from VIP and BST when I tried to sell the shorts thereI said NOTHING defamatory about the company at all when posting themHow is this ok? They say that they strive for excellent customer service and to fix any issues etc but when a customer is genuinely angry and very very upset about a lot of issues I'm treated with zero respect, waved off and then booted from their sites which appears to be a trend for customers they just don't want to deal withIs that how a business treats a customer of years who has spent a ton of their hard earned money supporting them? I never had a complaint until the past few months and I'm not complaining for no reasonI even tested the shorts in water and they got very heavy which swim trunks generally don't doI then laid them to dry in my heated laundry room and they took over hours to dryNOT quick dry! They're wrong and cannot admit it and it's very sad that because of that they've decided to treat a loyal customer so poorlyThey will not let me return for a full refundThey said I can return for a gift card minus a restocking fee which is ridiculous because the item I received was not as described at allI'm disgusted at the treatment and the fact that a customer service rep waved bye to a customerI also took a video with close ups of the shorts and a demo of them in water which more than proves my pointI'll be posting that in other places as well

They didn't send me the entire order, even though on the shipping info it said it was all therethey won't respond and acknowledge their mistakes They left out a shirt all together and sent me a child's shirt instead of an adult one and refuse to respond to the numerous different ways I've tried to contact them about this issue

I ordered a shirt during a sale, when I couldn't enter the discount code and asked that the order be cancelled my request was ignored
I ordered a shirt through River Babe Threads website on 6/16/ I couldn't find the area to enter the discount code for the 40% off promo and accidentally submitted the order believing I had one more screen in which to review and add the discount I immediately emailed the company requesting that the order be cancelled and I would re-submit with the discount code I never received a response to the email I sent on 6/16/and then received an automated email that the order had been shipped On 6/21/I once again emailed the company requesting my card be credited the difference as I had requested that the order be cancelled and it was instead shipped I received a reply that they would issue a shop credit in the amount of the difference, but would not issue a refund I replied that I was not interested in a shop credit, as this was the only ite
