Ordered an item from River Babe ThreadsItem was not as advertisedSince a coupon code was used, the item was ineligible for return or exchangeEmailed customer service and was told I should have looked at posts on Instagram or Facebook posted by other customers before buyingAfter posting my review on their Facebook page, my review was deleted and I was blockedClearly they are trying to hide their negative reviews and anything from unhappy customersI should have checked Revdex.com before making my purchase

I love their clothes but it takes at least weeks to get your orderI won't order from them anymore because of this

I placed an order for Small Business Saturday (Nov 2016), my confirm email stated the order would be shipped within 3 weeks. Finally received my order 5 weeks later. 1 item was missing and 1 item was incorrect. Have sent 2 emails and 2 requests through Instagram. Received no reply. They deleted my comments on IG and blocked me from their IG feed. Still no response via email.

Extremely frustrated with their customer service! Will not buy from them again!

I contacted River babe threads about wholesale orders to which they at first had not a problem in the world with getting me my order! After attempting to reach them and purchase 2,000 in wholesale with them I began dealing with a young lady by the name of Kristin who barley replied to my emails and was not too friendly! Needless to say they left my customers with no items and unhappy! It is truly sad the lack of communication or compassion that was given to another small business owner! I am leaving my review on here because there is no where else to leave it. All I needed was some definite answers that were completely ignored and would have took but 5 minutes out of her day to answer properly! Very poor customer service however there products are very very well made! Best advise to give to them FIRE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM!
