The dealership has gone beyond a level of the highest customer service, after two occasions of repairing this beautiful X We agree to address another concern The customer lives in [redacted] ***, and wanted to go to his local [redacted] dealership, rather than drive to Connecticut We are not obligated to honor outside invoices, in fact, we are not obligated to offer warranties on vehicles of this age However, we did agree to split the cost from the dealer, but Mr [redacted] wanted the entire invoice paid for by Riverside We said no, but offered him to return the vehicle for service to address any concerns This offer still stands

We bought a *** *** with 82,miles on 11/17/for $4,We also bought insurance for $1,from *** *** ***, sold to us through Riverside Morotcars, which was supposed to be "bumper to bumper" coverageWithin days of owning the auto it began buckingWe notified RiversideThey advised us to take the auto to a repair service and submit the insurance claimRepairs totaled $2,for a replacement transmission and engine workThe insurance company refused to reimburse us for they said it was a "pre-existing condition" Riverside Motorcars said they would work with the insurance company and get back to usWe made numerous phone calls and left messages for weeks, but no one returned our callsFinally we cancelled the insurance policy through our bank with a temporary refund while they investigate *** *** ***We decided to trade the auto in and buy a car from a reputable dealerOn the way there, the engine blew on the highwayThe trade in took place, but we cannot recoup any money from Riverside Motorcars for the cost of the car was under the required purchase amount to submit a "lemon law" complaintMoral of this story; do not buy from Riverside Motorcars, LLCin Naugatuck, CTThey will sell you anything, tell you anything, and look the other way when you need them to help youWe are lucky enough to afford the lossI feel sorry for those who scrape thier money together to buy a car from Riverside Motorcars, because if something like this happens to them, they would be totally devastated and out of luck

When I drove off the lot, in minutes my tire blew. I had the car towed to a repair facility near my hometown and they also advise me that my car had bad tires under spec. [redacted] one of the men that work at Riverside motors, I have been given the run around by Riverside motors and their warrantee people, no one seems to know what is going on.  Cornerstone stated initially that my warrantee was cancelled on Sept 23, 2015, by Riverside motors. Then, I call riverside and they say that everything is taken care of that I would be able to go and get my car fixed. I take my car to [redacted] to get fixed, they call the warrantee people and they state that again my warrantee has been cancelled on Nov. 9, 2015 by Riverside motors.  I am very unhappy with the way things are going because I do not have a vehical that I can drive right now, and I am still making my monthly payments.  I need something to be done, it would be great if I can speak with someone over the phone, where I do not all have access to a computer.  PLEASE HELP ME!!!!Sincerely,Amanda Mccrea

We explained we had held the car for a longer than normal period of time, losing other opportunities to sell it.  The dealership never keeps deposits on sales of cars if it is not prolonged by a customer as this was.

[redacted] purchased her car on May 30th 2015.  The car had been completely safety checked prior to her purchase.  She was given a 60 day 3000 mile warranty.  On July 24th, she came back to the dealership for some warranty service which we gladly honored.  On August 3rd 2015, she called again with some concerns which we corrected.  On September 1 2015, she returned and we replaced her battery.  There is no evidence of a paid for extended warranty in our records.  However, we continue our attempts to be fair.  It is now in excess of seven months and according to her she has driven the car 11000 miles and based on this we believe Riverside's obligations have ended.

This car does not belong to [redacted]. It was sold and financed to a friend of hers. We cannot change the registration as it does not belong to her. She would need to go to the DMV or have the owner contact the bank that loaned the money for the vehicle
