According to our records [redacted] is scheduled for service on Monday July ***

Much of what I am about to say is repetitive, do we just have to keep going back and forth about the same things or can there be some sort of management on your part to stop this? I have no idea what to even say to this, other than what I said before For example: He clearly states that his and his wife's passports either had no pages nor not enough validity for the year visa He distinguishes a "work" class visa (which as I stated in my previous email there is no such thing, the Work visa means that he lives in China either temporarily e.gone year or greater), and the class of visa he got was a business class visa The Consulate, not RJR decides both the type and validity of ALL visas, so he is stating a premise which is incorrect The fact is he couldn't get a year visa without making the changes to his and his wife's passports So again, where are his losses? Where did I cost him $as he states? He got a visa and he got new passports, both things he knew up front when he paid us and so no one did anything wrong or misrepresent anything in any way He is also referencing a private URL [redacted] like it is the Chinese governments website, and it isn't It’s a private visa service just like RJR, so that is pretty weird also He presents things like he was asleep when he came in here Succinctly, he is quoting a visa service in Los Angeles saying that you only needs months validity and blank vis pages The Consulate in Chicago has jurisdiction over Colorado Residents and they require a minimum of year validity for any kind of visa and years for a year visa I don’t remember which person didn’t have enough pages or validity but between the both of them neither passport qualified for this visa His saying he didn’t need this visa because he was getting a "work" visa indicates he doesn't understand what he is talking about So, exhaustingly once again, where are his loses? What authority is he quoting and can you please understand that the word "Work" implies residency and requires taxation etc He is a US citizen travelling for business reasons that he would prefer to call work, that’s all The tourist visa and the business visa have the same passport requirement and validity I can't understand unless he is just looking for someone to pay for his new year passports and visas how he could even be complaining or asking for any kind of financial reimbursement I am a member in good standing with the Revdex.com and I expect you to please keep this person from making the same accusations without any responsibility to his own choices and without and due notions of losses Is this too much to expect? Thank you for your role in this, but perhaps this man would prefer a small claims environment rather than the Revdex.com if he is sure he can show evidence of financial losses Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] refund was processed on 416, please allow 5-business days for the credit to appear on the credit card statement

Our Plaza Hyundai Sales team has reached out to [redacted] about this matter, and she is scheduled to return to the dealership this Sunday, February ***

Please be advised this complaint was resolved through the NYS office of Attorney General

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [The matter is still "Open" and pending" I will be satisfied when I read that the issue is over, done and resolved by both Hyundai Plaza and Hyundai Finance.] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Plaza Honda maintains that the issue [redacted] complains of was not caused by our Service DeptDespite, we offered him assistance in a reduction on the cost of repairs in an effort to satisfy his concerns and to keep his businessHe did not accept our initial offer and instead brought the issue to the manufacturer, HondaHonda then reached out to us directly and after speaking with us, the manufacturer offered [redacted] a time replacement coverage even though his vehicle was out of warrantyWe were happy that [redacted] got this approval - thanks to our help - and had every intention of performing the repairs for himHowever, now that we have seen this complaint - which was made after we facilitated the approvals he needed and the issue resolved - we are rightly concerned that he will continue to inaccurately blame Plaza Honda for every issue that arises with his vehicleBased on our interactions with [redacted] ***, we feel certain that regardless of the amount of effort we make on his behalf, our efforts will never satisfy this particular customerWe have now spoken with the manufacturer and they have retracted their offer of coverage as it will not maintain the working relationship we were hoping to achieve by the offer madeWe wish [redacted] the best of luck with his vehicle

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] My vehicle was not appraised by the dealership, I am not sure how the dealership would come up with an estimated value for my carSince I was not moving forward with the purchase of the other vehicle, I was informed that a credit report will not be run and the consent form will be shredded In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

We are sorry to learn of [redacted] troubles with her Acura recallHowever, her complaint is misdirected – and should rather be directed by [redacted] to Acura Corporate HeadquartersAcura of Brooklyn, as the dealer, has no control over Acura’s recall policies and requirementsIn this case, we simply adhered to the regulations set forth by AcuraAdditionally, there is nothing we can do about rental/loaner car policies (our own or another organization’s) which dictate who can legally drive rented/loaned vehicles

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First of all, [redacted] says, "He clearly states that his and his wife's passports either had no pages nor not enough validity for the year visa." What I actually said was; "My passport was good until January 1, 2018, and had six blank pages plus two half pages left on it My wife's old passport was good through April 13, and had eleven blank pages and three half pages left on it."Priest goes on to say, "He distinguishes a "work" class visa (which as I stated in my previous email there is no such thing, the Work visa means that he lives in China either temporarily e.gone year or greater), and the class of visa he got was a business class visa."No such thing as a work class visa? I'd like to suggest that [redacted] go to the websites of the [redacted] , the Embassy of the PRC in Washington, or the website of the US State DeptThere he will see clearly stated that there is in fact something called a "Work Class visa." It's referred to as a Category Z Visa for "Foreigners who intend to work in China." The visa stamped into my passport is a Z category visa There is no stipulation as to the length of time ("One year or greater"??) FYI, a "Business class visa" is a "Category M" visa.Concerning passport requirements for both tourist (L) and work (Z) visas, please see the following: [redacted] [redacted] The Chinese sites state that the only requirements are that the passport have "months validity" and "blank visa pages" (no stipulated number) The State Department website says "six months validity and blank pages." [redacted] said we did not have sufficient pages in our passports when clearly we did, and he used that subterfuge to justify selling us new passports which we clearly did not need[redacted] : "So again, where are his losses? Where did I cost him $as he states? He got a visa and he got new passports, both things he knew up front when he paid us and so no one did anything wrong or misreopresent anything in any way." Yes we got what we paid for but we were sold something we did not need, based on information that was clearly and deliberately fraudulent Whether we pursue this in court remains to be seen But I definitely think the public should be made aware of [redacted] 's shady business practices.Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [I'm not satisfied with their findings and I'm legally pursuing legal actions against Plaza Hyundai and Hyundai Motor Finance] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

We are sorry that [redacted] feels he was misled, but we must assure him that is not the caseThe online sales rep (Ryan) is permitted to only quote general prices and ranges of prices based on the limited information the customer providesBecause [redacted] only listed the features he required and did not specify a specific vehicle or stock #, Ryan could only confirm that we had vehicles with those features available Online sales reps are also not permitted to run financial or credit applications, so Ryan could not have promised [redacted] a specific price based on his credit scoreAdditionally, [redacted] had a travehicle, which he hoped would offset the standard down paymentAgain, the online sales rep has no way of ensuring value on a trade-in, as the travehicle must always first be appraised at our dealership by a professional Ryan did tell [redacted] that we hoped to get him into a new Sorento for the payment he wanted, but no guarantees or promises were made at any time Upon arrival at the dealership, [redacted] ’s trade in was appraised, and unfortunately, not valued as high as he’d hopedIt was a Honda, in poor shape, with high miles on itTherefore, in order to reach a monthly payment of $per month he would have had to put $2,down out of pocketFinally, upon running his credit, it was discovered that [redacted] ’s credit was not Tier 1, which will also cause a change in pricing We worked closely with [redacted] and wanted the same things he wanted, to get him into a new car at a payment that was in his budgetWe did have the car he wanted, in the color he desired – but unfortunately, it was the customers’ circumstances that prevented this deal from going throughHowever, no “bait and switch” tactics were used at any timeWe respectfully request that this complaint be closed as “Information Only.”

We have been in contact with [redacted] about this matter, and advised him that we require his invoice and proof of payment in order to proceedAlso, Julio G [redacted] is no longer with Plaza Kia and that is why [redacted] ’s email was returned to him

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Good morning, I was contacted by the car dealership and I tell them that I will be there for the paperwork I don't know if I will have to pay any fee to restore my drivers license but if I have to I want them to pay those fees In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: What they just offered me is an insult, I'm not ever taking my vehicle back to that crooked gravy shop, even if my vehicle breaks down in front of their shop; I'll instead have it towed to honorable located before I let them gravy me againIts unethical! They held my vehicle for daysThey replaced a warranty part without my authorization, and pressured me to payI'm not taking this issue up with my Extending Warranty because they clearly stated they never authorized this part to be replaced by them because it was under warranty by another shop! They need to fire everyone that runs that place, starting with the manager, supervisor and hire a new staff, monkey business eventually gets run to the ground I took this complaint to DMV, its a matter of time they will respond to my complaint letter and have this shop investigated If they are not going to compensate me for my losses, I'll see them in court! In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:] although they have finally put in the new part, the terrible service and waste of time can not be given backIn their response they say that the part was "on back order" yet they told me it was "on hold"After many calls I was told that the car had to be brought in a second time for trouble shooting before the part can be releasedHad I not called numerous times, I never would have been told this, and the part would still be "on hold".the business is disorganized and that leaves customers with tremendous wait time, no call backs and simply jobs not getting doneSo while I finally have the part after having to bring my car in times for this issue, I am a dissatisfied customer in terms of their service In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: YES, I would like to pursue this matter Plaza Toyota hasn't offered me a refund I spent $for a key at Plaza,TOYOTA The key could not start the carI had to get another key done elsewhere for over $dollors This is not right In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
