I agreed to a one time free sample shipping charge of $4.94 and the company billed me for 3 months $89.97 and $89.95 for product I did not order.

I agreed to a one time free sample shipping charge of $4.94, which was billed to my credit card.

Then I discovered that in the months of July, August and September they billed my credit card for the following transactions

I became aware of it when I received the first shipment in September.

I called their customer support number on 9/10/2019 and spoke to "Cleo" the customer service rep who confirmed she cancelled the orders for any future shipments of both items.

I requested a refund for the prior 3 months of charges and she advised me that all she could do was to to send my request electronically to the home office for their review.

IMHO this is extremely deceptive marketing and I would never have agreed to commit to a monthly expense of $89.97 and $89.95 for these products.

I am requesting a full refund of the charges that were made to my credit card.

I have been in contact over 15 times since January with this company. I was told by multiple customer service reps that I would be refunded.
I am not sure what city and state the company is out of because the name of their company is different than the trial I ordered and the billing on my account. I called to cancel this trial the second I was charged twice back to back for $90. I never started the trial, indicated to the customer service I was pregnant and asked if I should send them back. She assured me I would be refunded and no need to send them back. I have now talked to multiple customer service reps over months of time, each has told me to wait 7 days, I will be contacted and refunded. The final person I spoke with said she could see all the escalations and that she saw the problem and I would receive a check in the mail. I have waited the allotted 5 months for the check and spoke with them again. This is $180 for something I never tried and attempted to ship back and I am so over calling and getting lied to. I need a resolution and I saw this and thought I would try to get in contact here.

I want my $180 check I was promised by 10 customer service representatives for your company.

I never did the trial. Have full bottles of the medicine unopened and offerred to ship back on my first phone call to the company, where the customer service rep told me no need, and she would refund the money. How is this non refundable when 15 people who work for your company told me I would be refunded for a product I never tried? It was a scam and not the original product I intended to order, and the day I got them, I called.

ordered trial product. cancelled before trial ended. still got billed. did get product. cancelled again. just got billed second time.
I cancelled my trial subscription and they still billed me for the product. twice now. Did all this on their website.

Got 2 bottles, charged $89.97 per bottle. Supposedly a 30-day supply but an 18-day trial period.
"Won" a free trial of Regal Keto. Only agreed to pay for shipping. I checked box for Regal Coffee by mistake. Cannot understand why they send you a 30-day supply but only give you an 18-day trial period. Today I noticed two charges for $89.97. They told me I was getting charged $89.97 per bottle because I didn't cancel before the 18th day. I was told these terms were on the disclaimer when ordered. No disclosure was on the original site to order the sample/trial. I want to be fully refunded $179.94. I have no confirmation of any order and can find no "fine print". This is a scam and takes advantage of people.

Ordered sample bottle on July 11th. Pay shipping only to try. Called in 8 days to cancel as required. Now have been billed twice for $89.97.
I called by bank first to try to figure out what it was. They opened a dispute. When I realized it was Royal Keto I called them again. Refused to help or accept return of the original bottle shipped. Refused to help because I disputed with bank.

Credit me for the two charges of $89.97 and advise where to send unused original bottle received.

In the company's response they make no suggested resolution. They say they will follow up with me later to resolve within THEIR policies. I have no reason to believe they will provide any fair resolution.

I was skeptical before ordering due to the reputation of similar offers. I made certain to call to cancel within the time period allowed. When charges later appeared for $89.97 I did not recognize the purchase and called my bank to find out what it was for. The description was "Luciend Dreamtrim" and does not identify Regal Keto. The bank opened a dispute until we figured out who had billed me.

Regal Keto refused to discuss or offer any resolution because I called my bank first! I needed to call my bank to find out who was charging me. I offered to return the unused product and still have the original packaging. They refused to discuss and hung up on me when I said I felt like I was being scammed.
To add addditional insult they billed me a second time for another bottle I never received. They can have their product back and the credits for $89.97 provided by my bank should be made permanent.

On 08/12 Mr. called and spoke to a representative to cancel and he had advised that he had already disputed charges with the bank. We had advised Mr. to call us back with the financial Institution on the line and confirm that the dispute will be dropped if we are able to assist on the refunds.Mr *** went ahead and proceeded with the dispute and we are unable to assist with a refund. Mr *** would need to go through his financial Institution for further assistance on a refund.

They do not offer any resolution. "Catch 22"!
You called your bank before you called us so we will do nothing. Again, I had to call my bank in order to figure out who was charging me and for what! They need a reasonable description of their billings. I never heard of the company that showed on the charges. I HAD to call my bank.

Why did they charge me a second time?

What do they want to happen? I have an open bottle of the original product delivered. Do they want it back?

We are going in circles. If they continue to refuse any effort to resolve, then the credits issued by my bank should become permanent. As these disputes continue to build against this company more people will be forwarned not to do business with them.

They gained my information including card # through phishing or third party then charged my card and threatened me when I called.
I recived a package of two supplements in the mail that I didn't order. The invoice had no order number, no real address, the bottles had no real address. I looked them up to find a website and I found two websites that had no contact, address, company information or any of the standard items. Only clicking for a free trial. I called the number and spoke to Christina C. and she rudely called me a liar and described my information, I said I would like to return the unopened product as I didn't order it and I was threatened with a $50 fee for not completing the trial I didn't order and then told I would be charged $180/mo for these two supplements if I didn't call *exactlyon August 19th to cancel my trial. I explained there must have been a mistake and I didn't order this and I was happy to return the unopened product. She proceeded to call me a liar and reiterated my options. I went and reviewed my inbox, trash and spam and found no email correspondences from them at all with any free trial, order or anything. They said I ordered on Aug 1st and I find that to be pretty impossible since I was on a flight en route to San Fransisco from DC that day and I have no purchase history for data on the flight, and I have a call history and my husband as witness that I was on the phone with Microsoft IT all day fielding software and hardware issues with my desktop. I have exact records of my activity from 8am EST - 4am PST that day. Also, I can have my MD confirm that 1. I cannot tolerate caffeine in any form, not even green tea. So, ordering a highly caffeinated green coffee supplement would likely send me into severe issues. 2. I am vegan/vegetarian working on an extremely specific meal plan and vitamin routine with my nutritionist/trainer. I am not keto and I am also diabetic which makes it impossible for me to do keto without falling into ketoacidosis and thus possibly killing me. Why would li sign up for a trial program for two Keto supplements that together would possibly land me in the hospital? ( I van validate all this with my MD if required) So, on the date of this supposed order, I was completely disposed of and would be near impossible for me to physically have made it since I was on a flight and on a call with Microsoft remote logging into my desktop for hours. Not to mention, this supplement is the last thing I could possibly consume. Now, I had to cancel my debit card and have to bring my hardware into service to get scrubbed for viruses because the only possible way this could have happened is I clicked on an ad, or spam email opening something on accident and it got my information. I have never logged a complaint with the Revdex.com and I have had plenty of bad business experiences as anyone else. This however, sincerely scares me on how they got my information. I wouldn't have paid any mind if they simply allowed me to return the product and left it at that. I would have thought perhaps it was a mistake somehow. I got very suspicious when she started threatening me in a nasty tone with a $50 fee if I dared give them perfectly unopened product back. I was even fine paying shipping! Also, it is worth noting that when your server gave me "headquarters locations" none of them were on their site, or bottle. The only address I have is P.O Box 3009, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. It is also worth noting that the bottles have two company names. One supplement says "Distributed for Royal Keto, and one "Distributed for Royal Coffee" respectively on each bottle but the same PO box. There is just way too much cloak and dagger aside from how they got my information to begin with.

Desired Outcome

I think these people need to be sincerely investigated as a scam. Financially as well as if they are this cloak and dagger, what is even in these pills? This is possibly a safety issue. I also want them to never contact me and have no way to bill me or threaten me again.

I ordered the SAMPLE, but they subscribed me. I got that fuxed, but they REFUSE TO REFUND me.
Online purchase was supposed to be a grial.They put it as a subscription and charged me $89.97. It was charged to my debit card, which started a fraud alert. I called them to cancel, refund and return the sample. They REFUSED to refund the charges and to allow me to speak with a supervisor. I spoke with representatives and the same answer.

I ordered with out checking reviews last Thursday and want to cancel without issue . I feel I will need help with this given the issues I have read..
I got concerned when the order summary said estimated delivery day January 6; 1970. No billing information or shipping information was displayed. No email noted nor was one received. I then fall upon this site and read all the complaints. I want to stop this order and any other ones they think they can send. Basically I want to avoid any further issues and feel I will need help with this can you assist?

Unauthorized charges
On 6/8/19, through the guise of a CVS survey, I was charged $4.96 for shipping for a sample. I was not presented any terms or conditions nor presented any weblink or checkbox to any terms that indicated anything other than a one-time sample purchase. I have screen shots of the firms checkout pages to illustrate that checkout does not include any terms and conditions. I have been charged a total of $274.86 under several vendor names that I should be refunded.

I have been unable to reach Customer Support to discuss my account, return, refund, or cancellation. It seems the firm unethically and intentionally makes it difficult and complex for the average consumer to reach them to process returns and refunds as a strategy to rob consumers. They do not present any terms or conditions to notify consumers that credit card information will be used for subscriptions.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $269.90. Cancellation of subscription (no future charges). Provide documentation of my acceptance of any terms regarding subscription and recurring charges.

I was able to reach the vendor's customer support by phone today. The agent reported I would receive an email to confirm cancellation, but I have not received it. I am skeptical that future charges will cease. I was not granted return or refund for prior charges due to their subscription terms which were not presented to me before or at the time they collected my credit card info. I'd still like evidence from the company that I was presented subscription term details and evidence of acceptance. It is not right that they mislead consumers into these recurring charges.

I believe it was about June when an order was placed for Keto cheap price of 4.97.it was ordered, arrived..next t company charged my card. 89,00??
There seemed to be nothing to the sale it was advertised at 4.97 the ad was about 4x5, No mention at all of additional charge of 89.00 because no one in their right mind would buy a bottle of KETO for 89.00

Got 2 bottles, 1 was never opened, they refused return and/or refund, very rude, I called on 18th day & was told too late. I stated burned my stomach.
On May 24th ordered Regal Keto I checked box for Regal Coffee by mistake I couldn't remove from order, so got charged double.Never opened Regal Coffee. Order # XXXXXXX. I only used Regal Keto a couple of days it burned my esophagus and/or stomach. I called on 6/11 to cancel and get refund, they told me I was getting charged $89.97 it was too late. I told them I was a senior citizen and there are always exceptions to the rules, they kept telling me if I called the day before there wouldn't be a problem. I spoke to supervisor he was very rude and wouldn't listen to anything, they scam people, the email for the product states they were on Shark Tank which I found out is not true. And no disclosure was on the original site to order the sample/trial. I want to be fully refunded, I am willing to return both bottles, 1 has less than 10 used and the other is unopened. Scam, scam, scam!!!

Refund to original payment method. Remove the statement that they were on Shark Tank, stop scamming people, in addition to not making an exception I called on the 18th day and should not have had any issue with getting refunded. They need to take customer service classes, very rude employees. False advertising, plus it gave me medical problems and just for that reason it should of been refunded, i am a senior citizen and cannot affford to waste money on something that is going to hurt me and not work. It cost $9.97 for trial & then they charged me $89.97 for the same trial offer. $100 wasted. Please refund me for this product, hopefully the contents of the pills are not harmful to people. All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. No order can be submitted or successful unless the customer checks this box and selects to submit the order.We did not receive any such cancellation request for these trials within the trial period; and consequently (***) was charged for the product received . Furthermore, as stated in the previously mentioned terms and conditions, after the 18 day trial period, all sales are final.
In response to this inquiry we will follow up with the customer to ensure that a resolution within our company policies is made.

I called to cancel, It was the 18th day which according to them you have until to cancel., I was within the timeframe to request the refund. If they insist that I wasn't, there are exceptions to every rule and if a product is making you sick then that should be taken into consideration. As a senior I deserve the respect of considering that. I was having an adverse reaction to the pills and was advised by doctor not to take them. Also I got an email regarding Regal Keto stating was seen on Stark Tank and successful. The website that you see from the email link is different from their regular website. I firmly believe that I was eligible for a complete refund. Company has very rude employees that have absolutely no customer service skills, even the supervisor was rude and ready to have an argument before I even spoke. PLUS THEY DON"T WORK.

Under the guise of a CVS pharmacy survey, this offer came up for a free trial of this product.
Under the guise of a CVS Pharmacy survey, this product was offered for a free trial as long as I pay a $4.95 shipping fee. My bank account was charged $89 a week later. I called to say I want a refund, but they said it is not their company policy to issue refunds. The fine print, they said, shows this. On this site, nothing was ever mentioned about being charged. I talked to someone named Liz, who is a manager, and also would not admit that this was their mistake to not show this on the site, and refused to issue a refund. Asked to speak to her manager and she refused. This company is a fraud and filled with deception, and should be shutdown!

Desired Outcome

Under false pretences, they charged my account $89 for the product. Would not accept me returning it to them. The product caused an ER visit due to dizziness. Their so-called company policy says that no refunds will be issued. On the website, it shows this term and condition, but on the CVS Pharmacy review site, this WAS NOT displayed. The CVS site was the only site that is displayed, no link to their actual site.

this company made good on refunding my $89 that I had requested. Originally they refused, but when I reported to them that the CVS Pharmacy website that I was linked to did not have the company's terms and conditions, they agreed to refund.

Only agreed to free trail billed my card for 89.94 with out my permission Used my debit card 4.97 and was charged 89.94. I never received any products
I never received any products and when I called the consumer service they told me that I was lying and that it was the fault of the postal service. I want my money back right now!

I called on Friday, 6/20/19 after noticing a charge to my credit card for 89.00. I was told I could not receive refund unless I signed up for autoship
I called on June 20, 2019 after noticing a charge on my credit card for 89.00. When I called I spoke with representative that stated she was with Regal Keto. I went on to explain to her about the charge I had for 89.00 for something that was suppose to be free other than paying for the shipping fees which were $4.97. She told me that she could not give me the refund but she could cancel my subscription and auto ship of the Regal Keto product. She went on to say that I had 30 days to try the product but needs to cancel within 17 days to not be charged. I explained to her that I did not see anything of the on the page saying that I was signing up for auto shipment of this product or that I would be charged $89.00 after 17 days. She told me that she would cancel my subscription and I would receive an email about the refund. It is now Tuesday, June 25th and I have not received an email concerning my refund. I called again this afternoon and spoke with Lisa, who said she was the senior sales rep. I explained to her what was going on and that I had called on Friday. She went on to look up my information and told me that she could see where the previous rep cancelled my subscription/auto shipping of the Regal Keto. Lisa went on to tell me, like the previous rep, that she could not issue me a refund that she could put in a request for refund. She did tell me that the refund was denied. I questioned why and she didn't have an answer. She ask me to hold on while she made the request. When she came back she stated that this was all she could do and we would have to just see what they say. After questioning what the deciding factor was, she still could not answer me. I told her this was bad business and she was not trying to help me in getting my money back. It seemed that no matter what the request would be denied. She went on to tell me she couldn't authorize the refund but she could give me a portion of my refund back with her discount if I were to sign up for a three month supply and cancelled within the allotted timeframe. I questioned why would I do that? And she said well I can't help you. This is the only way I could get a partial refund would be to spend more money on something that I don't want and cancel within the thirty days. I ask if I could speak to someone else higher up and she said she couldn't transfer me because others were gone for the day. She offered a fax number but I declined telling her it would be lost with the other request just as the email that I never received initially about my refund. I did state that I would be calling back again if I did not receive the refund this week. Lisa was very rude and matter of fact about the refund making it seemed that I would not be getting one. With that I got off the phone.

I am seeking a full refund because I did explain to them that neither cancelling within a certain number of days or being charged if not, was not visible on the page where I put my information to receive the product.

The company advertised that we could have a free trial of their product ....only pay shipping and handling ......the fine print after ordering is that the client has to contact within two weeks or the product would be charged in full. Well my complaint is toward their devious advertising and these stipulations should be advertised up front Secondly how can a person ascertain if the product is effective within such a short period of time ....this needs to be stipulated in the advertising or you are not being truthful in advertisements Thirdly and most importantly I had two amounts of $87 deducted from my account which depleted my bank account and when I disputed it with the bank they informed me that I would have to dispute the matter with the company .....after numerous discussions where I was informed 1/2 of the money would be refunded ,to the matter that they had tried to deposit the funds back into the account but that they could not do that ....to we have submitted a paper check ....to it will be another 6-8 weeks Meanwhile I am having to stop my medications because I do not have any funds . But most of all the knowledge that this company can blatantly get away with their deceptive advertising and the product did nothing but get me feeling suicidal because of all the trouble they have caused and the anxiety '.....I beg that someone put a stop to this company doing this to anyone else

Contact business to cancel order for two months now still take the moneyed my account
On May 3rd 2019 I called this place and told them to cancel my order because it was a scam. They said they would cancel this order. But again this month they took the money out of my account without my authorization and when I contacted them about this they said the order had been canceled. I received a confirmation number but they keep taking money from me without my authorization. This business needs to be put out of business. Stop taking money from people without the authorization
