PATHETIC
PATHETIC SERVICE. Never ever going to use roadrunner for my shipments again. Rashwan was the guy I spoke to, gave me and my customer false statements about the delivery of the shipments which was sitting at the terminal from almost two weeks, actually in the container not even unloaded at the terminal. never got delivered on the appointment date. Customer service sucks. everyone got rude attitude.
Don't ever use this company for your freights.

Poor Carrier Experience
Got a quote for car transport and dealt with Sean who was pleasant and informative. Once I booked contacted carrier who was rude and jacked up price who told me I wouldn't get a better price than his jacked up price. I did, and would not have booked with them even if I had to pay a higher price. Cancelled immediately. Absolutely hate the bait and switch tactic. Thought Roadrunner was a reputable company. Have other cars to ship but will not be contacting them again.

don't ever use these guys for your freight. they sucks. pathetic service. customer service sucks. everything sucks about them.

Carmack is in place to protect both the carrier and the customer based on the mode and at the price point a product is shippedLimits of liability are not insurance but the guidelines that are established for the industry in the event a shipment is distressed Third parties such as the one used in this case educate the customer at the time of the requested pickup entry into their systemAs the carrier we expect that communication has occurred and that the shipper is aware based on the price point they chose to move their freight they understand the respective limits We settled this claim based on those respective guidelines

Do you have a pro or tracking number that you could provide? While I still believe that we are not the proper company for this complaint, I have searched the name and address of your company, and find no deliveries to that address

I AM My request for a refund still stands You clearly do not understand WHO YOUR CUSTOMER IS and nor do you care what your customer thinks as TWICE I have asked to speak to someone and TWICE you have clearly demonstrated that you do not speak to customers Your statement about me not being available is because I spoke to your team and to original shipper of BEING OUT OF THE COUNTRY AS OF SATURDAY FEB - This is the entire REASON for getting this shipment to me by Feb 10, the 12th at the latest Your statements are and it is clear you wish to NOT RESOLVE THIS ISSUE Regards, [redacted]

This matter was reviewed again This shipment moved through our system clear of any damage notations The consignee had the oppertunity to view the shipment at the time of delivery and note any possible damages, or any issues with the freight The consignee signed for this shipment free and clear of any damages or notations on how the pallet arrived In this situation, there is no way of knowing where the damage may have occured, or where the pallet may have been switched out As with all claims of a concealed damage nature, when the burden of proof rests on the claimant to prove that the damage could have only happened in shipping, that has not occured We offer 1/rd of the claimed amount which is standard in concealed damage situations Sincerely [redacted] ***Claims Manager

When calculating the days of service Roadrunner does not include the weekendsIt is Monday thru Friday standard business hoursShipment was picked up late Thursday and loaded out on Tuesday, when the trailer was completely filled Some lanes that freight moves thru are lighter traffic lanes
which can cause a later delivery dateThis shipment was not a guarantee shipment and Roadrunner works very hard to move freight across the country as quick as possible for our customersOnce it arrived at the destination terminal we continued to contact customer to schedule delivery but no voicemail was set up on his contact numberWe have made contact with the customer and this will be out for delivery on Monday February 22ndFreight charges are being paid by the shipper, so the consignee would need to contact the shipper to discuss a reduction in delivery charges

I have investigated this situation, and this is not our company. Roadrunner Transportation does not transport cars. There are several Road Runner Towing and Transport companys on the internet, and I am not sure which one handled this shipment but they are not associated with Roadrunner

A claim was filed by the shipper regarding the shipment in question paid on 12/02/based on the respective liability they were covered for on this shipment. Mr*** would need to contact NinJump for a refund respectively

It is clear through your passing the responsibilities is your way of resolving the issue. Company response: Roadrunner is not passing off responsibility We have apologized for not providing a return call to you from a manager prior to you leaving the country for one weekI spoken to the company I purchased my equipment from and they have stated RRTS "never issues refunds regardless of what happens". Company response: Roadrunner does issue refunds when a complete service failure takes place.Freight was available for delivery on the 15thbusiness days after the estimated delivery date does not warrant a refund of freight charges Would you be able to provide the name of the person you spoke with at Fitness Superstore so Roadrunner can have a business discussion regarding the statement they made? Anything short of a full refund to Fitness Warehouse, which in turn is a full refund to me is not acceptable. Company response: This was not a service failure, Roadrunner provided a service in a timely manner and is due payment from Fitness Superstore for services performedDo the right thing and refund MY money. Company response: Roadrunner performed a service in a timely manner and would expect full payment for freight charges from Fitness SuperstoreYour blame passing and excuses only confirm you truly do not acknowledge who your customer is. facility picked up this shipment in Charlotte NC on June 8th,
The shipment is destined to *** ***, Boston Ma Roadrunner loads this
into our delivering partner in the North EastThe shipment arrived at
the
delivering terminal on June 9th, and was out for delivery the
first time on June 10th. The driver that had the delivery did
not deliver the shipment due to no lift gate being noted on the delivery
receipt, which was accurate as this was not noted on the bill of lading from
the shipper. On 6/15/Roadrunner customer service started working on
lift gate authorization, which is procedure in the transportation
industry (Roadrunner contacts customer paying the invoice to request this
additional fee). The lift gate charge
was approved on Tuesday June 16th.
Roadrunner then contacted our delivering partner to schedule the
delivery. Delivering was scheduled for
June 19th, the delivery has since been completed on that date
