Daniel was my technician He was supposed to arrive at 7:but was in his truck early patiently waiting for 7:but I told him to come in He did a fine job doing the tune up and explained some of the more technical things about the unit to me Overall a very good tech - professional, friendly and certainly knowledgeable
John H was excellent - he saw a problem that could be under warranty with another company and suggested that we go to that company, even though he and Riley could have fixed it, thereby saving us a lot of money! He was pleasant, polite and helpful!

We do not have air problems except in extreme heatDaniel solved the mystery and even climbed into our laundry chute to figure it out!
