Riley Heating and Cooling provided very quick and excellent service in fixing my AC on a very hot day. I called at 9am, tech arrived at 1pm as scheduled, and was fixed by 3pm. Paul * was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Russ has taken care of our furnace on several occasions, and he is always very courteous efficient and informative. During this visit, he showed us how to repressurize the system after bleeding the radiators. Altogether, excellent service from a knowledgeable person.
John H was excellent - he saw a problem that could be under warranty with another company and suggested that we go to that company, even though he and Riley could have fixed it, thereby saving us a lot of money! He was pleasant, polite and helpful!
This review is for the service provided by Jack S. on our 1st floor furnace. Jack was courteous, friendly, prompt, seemingly well trained and competent. He reflects the kind of service we've grown to expect from Riley, and look forward to work from Riley and Jack S. in the future.
Daniel helped with a non-optimal working A/C unit. Nothing appeared to be broken but the air was not flowing. We remodeled our house 6 years ago and the HVAC people re-vented the A/C leaving a vent going into the laundry chute that "just cooled our dirty laundry". I call it the vent to nowhere. Freezing air was blowing into our laundry chute! We do not have air problems except in extreme heat. Daniel solved the mystery and even climbed into our laundry chute to figure it out! We have gone 6 years with bad A/C and even installed a non-Riley A/C unit 2 years ago. I was amazed at his thoroughness and creativeness to figure out what was wrong. Daniel was helpful with solutions to optimize air flow, looked at the entire HVAC unit and recommended the best way to proceed. Thank you Daniel!
A Riley customer for years. This time had defective pump...kept "pumping" very loudly with no water to eject. Serviceman John H made a trip to Riley to pick up a new pump installed it, serviced the A/C unit andalso serviced the neighbor's also along time Riley customer.
Riley is the best when it counts ! Thanks to Bernie for getting me an appointment on a Thursday afternoon after my furnace went out. Another thanks to the service man Jason S who really knows his stuff and went out of his way to find us a part so we would not have to go without heat overnight. These people are better than having family in the business. There is only one to call in our area RILEY!

I have been using Riley for at least 13 years or more. They serviced my house in LaGrange and now in Burr Ridge. I find them to be honest, reliable and dedicated to the customer.
Just this past week during a scheduled visit for furnace service, my almost new furnace would not start. After several visits by Jason and also Dave the service manager, they were able to find out the problem. It maybe early in the our cold season but Riley made sure that we had heat before winter sets in. I also find that Bernie in the Riley office continues to provide excellent service by email and phone.
