Semi-annual inspection of furnace and AC. Professional technician; honest assessment and recommendation.

Compliments to Cook Heating & Air Conditioning and specifically Garrett C[redacted] for his efforts with designing a Geothermal solution for my home. The presentation was top of the line professional and Garrett is very courteous and honest. I would recommend Cook without reservation for any heating and cooling issue.

Troy is always on time and very professional. Can count on him to take care of whatever is necessary for my furnace, AC, and humidifier while he's here.

We called Cook Heating and Air to look at our A/C that wasn't working. They came out that day and had us taken care of. Tommy H. did an excellent job and was very nice and friendly. He was sure to always put his "covers" over his shoes when he came in the house, even though I told him he didn't have to. I will definitely use this company in the future and highly recommend them, and Tommy H.

The service person was thorough during the system checkup. He is knowledgeable about the details heating/cooling system. He was polite and respectful. We appreciate the good service Cook Heating and Air Conditioning provides twice a year.

Cook Heating and Air Conditioning has done superior work at our home, has updated several items which were not included in the original construction by the previous owner. We've been pleased with their work and their way of making things right, especially in the case of a sub-contractor whose work did not measure up -- redone at no cost to us.

I believe that I the staff at Cook that I have worked with are as professional as I have experienced. They are also very friendly and provide good communication. This goes for Troy, Andrew, and Mel.
