We have received and reviewed the complaint from Mrs [redacted] We have spoken to Mrs [redacted] and have addressed her concerns and questionsWe have explained what we need from her to complete this file out and she has agreed to get that information to us as soon as she canOnce we receive this requested information we will get this file taken care of and then provide Mrs [redacted] with the chain of documents for her records

After receiving a complaint from Mrand Mrs [redacted] we have reviewed the file We sat with Mrand Mrs [redacted] on April 4, at their homeWe presented them with our program and they agreed and signed up for our services We spoke to Mrs [redacted] on the May 18th, She explained to us that she sent a complaint to the Revdex.com because she said that she had another company call her and pressured her into doing business with them because we were going to charge her Maintenance fees and transfer fee We took the time to explain to her that her transfer fee was already included in the cost that she paid us, per the agreement her representative ***, made with her I also explained to her that the new owner would be responsible for the future maintenance fees. She now understands that we are a good company in a tough industry. We have resolved this matter and kindly ask that you close this out as satisfied/resolved.Thank you

We initially filed a complaint with the Revdex.com with this companyI would like to rescind our complaintThere was a great misunderstanding between usWe were also told by a competitor of theirs horrible negative things, all of which we found out are NOT trueThe owner called me personally and we spoke about the misunderstandings and he graciously answered all my questionsThey are working to resolve our deed issueThis company has been nothing but helpful, kind and works with us with every step of he way

We spoke to Mr [redacted] and he explained his problem to us After doing research on the phone number he provided, we identified that we have his phone number in our database but with a different name than his RCN then spoke to Mr [redacted] again to explain that his DNC request was accommodated the first time we spoke to him, but due to a setting change in our system, his phone number, mistakenly, was called again RCN has corrected the setting change to make sure that Mr [redacted] will not be contacted again

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted] *** We are rejecting the offer because they say they want to talk to me but they don't call They sent me an affidavit to sign yesterday and I will not sign it because it is not accurateIt is a lot of general information and the amounts of money are wrong I cannot sign it with this information on it They did not offer my money back for the lack of service

I received a call from RCN after I filed a complaint with you and Bethany from RCN told me thatthe transfer of our timeshare has been completed and recorded and we will receive a copy of it and that we will not be responsible for the maintenance fee.Thank you[redacted]

To whom it may concern, We received a complaint from Mr***, after reviewing the complaint we find it to be falseWe met with Mr [redacted] on Nov 16,in regards to his interest of our servicesHe was provided a full and detailed contract of the services we offerMr [redacted] agreed to and signed that he understood all of our terms including our refund policy which is state governed at daysWe have not received a request for a refund prior to this complaintWhen we went and met with Mr [redacted] we did express to him the definition of a perpetual deed which is the following “you possess a deed in your name that passes down to your children as part of your estate”This is factual, there is no “legal actions” being expressed by our company as we are not attorneysWe do not target clients based on age, gender, sex, religion or any other means and it is completely inaccurate for the client to state that we target the elderlyWe respond to timeshare owners that have shown interest one way or another on being timeshare freeThe fee that Mr [redacted] was charged is a discount that was provided to him by his sales representative as our fee is typically much higher for the service that he contracted with us forAlso, per our legal and binding contract our client was not to have contact with the resort well under contract with us, and if the resort told him $it is only because they know he is working with a company otherwise that would not have been offered to him and this is also covered in the contractMr [redacted] is not entitled to a refund due to him being outside the legally allotted time frame of day and due to the breech of his contract per his admittance We will continue to work on Mr***’s file and complete our contractual agreement outIf he has any questions he can contact our corporate officeThank you,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Here is our resolution to the *** file:"As we have stated in all our previous responses and provided proof for, RCN has diligently worked on Mr***’s fileWe have proven that. Some resorts are more difficult than others and each contract that our clients have with their resort is differentWith Mr***’s file, we are finding that the resort is not as responsive to his particular contractWe are unclear as to why, but none the less the resort does not want to respond accordingly to Mr***’s contractWe have decided that through the difficulty of dealing with this client and communication methods being handled through third party emails and being unsure as to knowing if the resort has responded to Mr***, RCN has issued a refund to Mr*** dated 7/11/in the full amount that he originally paid to RCNMr***’s file has now cost us more money and as a company we can no longer provide additional funds to the processWe ask that this complaint be closed as satisfied as we have provided the client with his requested resolution." Let me know if you have any questions or require any additional information. Warmest Regards, Kenny L***

After receiving this claim we reviewed this fileWe met with this client in her homeWe explained our service and our processShe agreed to utilize our service by signing a contract which clearly states that she is liable for any fee that the resort may charge to finalize the transferWe have
this file in closing right now and all that we need is the $resort transfer feethis money is not for our company it is paid to the resortWe request that the check be written to us so that we can pay them in bulk for our transfers over the phoneShe can call and confirm with *** that they charge a resort transfer fee of $They charge that same fee for ever *** no matter the locationAs soon as she returns a check written for $as requested and per her legally binding contract the property will no longer be in her name as per our contract and servicesWe asked that this complaint be stricken from the record as this is a term in a legally binding contract that she signed Thank you,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, but does not address the bigger issue that the business continues to call others who do not want to be solicited, and does not instruct its employees how to take the numbers out of the databases. This business seems to think it is their god-given right to make cold calls to people who have a telephone for their exclusive use and convenience, NOT for solicitationIt is easy to determine that they are using the telephone system to solicit unwanted partiesIf it was up to me, I would charge a dollar for every call this business makes with robots or humansThey would not be in business for long

Thank you for the documents providedWe spoke to Mrs*** last week and we have discussed everything with her and have continued to work on the file with the required documents she providedI believe we have resolved this matter. However, we are still requesting that this complaint be removed since the claim made was from a non-client of Resort Closing Network

We are in receipt of this complaint made by Mrs***After reviewing the clients file I see that we have recently requested the resort transfer fee of $This file is at the closing stageThe deed has been drawn up and all that is delaying this process is the $resort transfer fee
that the client is liable for per the contract that they signed with RCNThis is a fee that the resort charges and we request from the clientThis is a poor attempt to attach a company for something that the client agreed to in a legal and binding contractWe wish that this complaint be stricken from our record Once the client forwards the check in the amount of $as instructed her name will be removed from the *** *** *** Beach and Tennis Resort located in *** *** FLI have attached the document that they signed were it states that they are liable to pay all fees required by the resort

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
To the Revdex.comRe complaint # ***attention *** ***In response to Resort Closing Networks message of June 16, there are a number of unresolved issues. We were first told on January 12, then on later dates not to pay our maintenance fees. This would void the contract. We expressed concerns this would have a negative effect on our credit report. On April7th RCN sent us an e-mail stating impart, quote, "We are preparing documents to be sent to *** and all three credit agencies on your behalf." We have recently checked with all three credit agencies. NONE of them have received anything from RCN. Also about the same time we received a phone message from RCN stating among other things they were contacting Revdex.com on our behalf. This also was a lie. RCN said they had contacted *** on our behalf. If so why has *** not responded to us, the owners? As RCN has stated in several e-mails, all correspondence comes to us. We have not seen the first shred of evidence to indicate that RCN has done anything but lie to us and play us for fools. The only true statement RCN has made is that they met with us and received 3,dollars to cancel our timeshare with ***. If RCN had a conscience they would refund our money in full. That would be the right thing to do

As of October 17th, we have spoken to the client and had a discussion in detail about the status and processWe believe that we are on the same page as our client and are going to continue to work on his file to get this completed for Mr***. Thank you

Revdex.com: I received a call from RCN and explained that since we hadn't heard from them I didn't have any other recourse that to file a complaint. Now that I have their attention our case is being resolved. I also explained that if they had left a message on our answering machine we would have returned their calls and this could have been settled along time ago. I also told RCN that if this matter is resolved in a timely and positive way I will go back to the Revdex.com website and give them a positive review. I think that is only fair

Regards,
*** *** I reject this response and wish to continue to peruse my claimAs mentioned by the response, the representative presented the legal claims in a matter which was misleadingThe subject of a ”Deeds” which is a legal document was brought up and elaborated on by a sales representative with no objective other than to get me to enter into a contract for a service which I did not needSecondly, the fee of $was quoted one year prior to this contract and confirmed again by my sonThe implication that the resort dropped their price in response to working with the RCN is totally falseIn addition, the price of $is somewhat standard as my sound found out google search and contacting multiple resorts with time sharesIn addition, the level of cooperation from this company constitutes a breach of contractI was directed to contact Josh S*** to help me resolve the order and he was unable or unwilling to assist me

To whom it may concern,We have received and reviewed the complaint from *** ***On June 29, 2016, we went to Mrand Mrs*** home to sit and discuss the options and services that we offerAfter a 2+ hour meeting, they agreed that we could be of service to themThey signed a 5-page
contract that had a clear outline regarding client responsibilitiesMrand Mrs*** has clearly violated our contract on several occasions regarding interacting and engaging with the resort through this processThey sent an email back in November 2016, and she has continued to communicate with the resortWe have tried to assist with notifying state agencies and the clients have not been forthcoming with information to assist with these mattersSince they have been in breach of contract they are not entitled to a refund. Welcome call completed 6/30Sent cancel information out 7/14/16 Left message and sent mailed letter 7/15/167/19/spoke to client and emailed 8/1/received fax from client8/4/documents mailed to resort 8/16/received mailed documents per email8/23/another set of documents mailed to resort 11/9/spoke to client11/10/received email from client that she just got back from vacation at the resort (breach of contract)11/11/deed back request mailed to resort again12/5/16- resort declines deedback, tried to reach out to clients. We tried to reach client several more times after this and we did not have contact until 8/22/from the clientAt this time, we have submitted new documents to the resort, we have tried to send letters off to other agencies involved such as collection agencies and the clients are not willing to provide the proper information for us to do soI have attached their contract for you to view as wellWe request that this complaint is closed out satisfactory as we have upheld all our responsibilities to the legal binding contract and the client has been in breach of contract several times and we continue to try to resolve this for them.Respectfully,Resort Closing Network
