wanted to "SCAM" you, we would have "kept" the $1500 camera by us and sent you back the $15 battery. We have absolutely nothing to do with a $15 dollar battery. It's your right to claim what you want, but the fact of the matter is that we checked the contents of the box and our warehouse and we don't have your battery. You have been an extremely obnoxious, and irritating customer, and all we ever heard from you is criticism every step of the way. We know this is the not the answer you may have been looking for. We feel that your complaint regarding this situation has been appropriately addressed. As the correct information has beenprovided, please note that although we may read any future correspondence that you send to us regarding this issue, we may not respond.

I have spoken with the owner of the company who stated he would replace or repair my gray market item, also stated he would email me the shipping information and would honor the 6 year warranty. We spoke on Monday March * 2016. As of today I have not received the email. I am very aware of what gray market equipment is, and I also know camera manufacturers are sueing to stop the sale of such equipment because of reasons like this. I still have my original receipts none of which state gray market.

When one uses the term "black market" they are referring to illegal activity which is normally done under the radar via underground market places, mafias, in the privacy...

Thus when using "gray market" you should not in any way associate it in the same sentence with "fraud and "illegal" as you have done in your statement. It is clear that you have a partial misunderstanding about the concept of gray market, so you may wish to do further research on this topic before condemning innocent people of doing illegal business. One more tip - if one does decide to engage in fraudulent illegal activity, doing so on [redacted]'s marketplace is very unwise and will lead to an immediate arrest of the party engaged. The best chance of survival would be off the grid. With that said and done, you can be rest assured that we are not "fraud" or doing anything "illegal."Secondly, as you can see on ALL our listings, we advertise that the products we sell are "import models / gray market, imported by the seller." This is advertised in the item specifics. We also include the following in our product description:"Please note:This camera is a direct import item - it is exactly the same as the USA model, meaning that there is no technical difference - all cameras are manufactured in the same factories by the same workers. Direct import models do not carry a USA manufacturer warranty. Extended service and protection plans, including protection against drops and spills and other accidents are offered in our [redacted] store - visit us for more info."What we can do is send you our offers for warranty plans at a discounted price. The warranty will only take effect after 30 days from the day it was registered but you will be able to get your camera serviced after that for a period of 3-5 years, depending on the plan you choose.
