Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: ive had my own wheel and tire centers tell me that the crack did not come from a pot hole or road damage. But it's a "stress fracture" in the wheel and is a defect of the wheel. So I don't know what rim and wheel repair they use because I've had numerous businesses tell me different. My insurance also said it's weird that Larson Hyundai told me that it's an insurance issue. Also to suggest that an Owner of a Lexus would be riding over pot holes and driving reckless and not take ANY ownership shows their class. I went to Larson Hyundai over other dealerships for my Lexus GS300 because I thought they were a reputable business. Obviously I was wrong and therefore I will never send anyone there for their cars or have anything to do with them ever again.

When the customer purchased the vehicle in March of we had to reprint the contracts and have the customer resignThe customer has both copies of the contract but only one was submitted to *** *** for financingThe customer traded their VW Jetta with 189,miles inWe paid them

The customer is requesting a refund for an Item we gave him for free.The MSRP was $22,The sale price was $20,With a difference of $2,399(Pulse Price $399)The customer was given an extra discount of $for the pulse systemThe item on the we owe was left on the contract to show that it was still on the vehicle but the customer was not charged for itWe have begun the process to cancel the extended warrantyA 3rd party holds the contract and unfortunately the dealership has to follow the process of having it cancelled and it can take 8-weeks to be refundedThank you for your time

wheels inspect and repair the scuff marksThe vehicle wheels check out fine aside from the scuffsThe vehicle was returned to our lot and remained in our pre-owned inventory for approximately days before *** *** purchased the vehicle, at no time did we need to add air to the tiresThis is one of those unfortunate events in which the rim most likely was victim of road damage such as a pot hole or other road debrisWe advise *** *** to contact his insurance company and place a claim for a replacement wheel
