Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As originally stated in our complaint we did not receive full price disclosure up front ? for the pressurization of our water system, also the techs knew at the time they departed that we were very upset with the total cost of the repairIn response to the business' reply we were never without water, the leak in our supply line was serious but never direAs stated we feel $6,for to hours work is unheard ofwe could not find a physical address for this company otherwise we would have gone there in person to dispute these charges

To Whom It May Concern:Ironically, when the work was completed and the hemorrhaging of wasting water has been resolved we receive such expressions? This is quite the contrary as Technicians departed, and *** * *** *** gave sighs of relief and gratitude for resolving the problematic
unknown variables ? causing distress and unwanted water waste.If our memory serves us correctly, *** *** background is in the financial industry and *** *** is that of managing a franchise? Both of sound mind and professional talents able to comprehend, reach decisions, conclusions and authorizing to proceed on services to be rendered.We have no control of how people interpret what is heard, retained or imaginedThe Tech’s do their best to relate the process to explore pinpoint compromised subsurface waters systems on a case by case basisAs a rule, when a household is deprived of water usage, it’s the techs responsibility to promptly rectify the problems and to activate the water supply immediately for the occupants? This requires immense preparation plus proper on-demand equipment of various types, most importantly it requires years of training and experience to operate and perform in an efficient manner? The Tech’s do their best to use the necessary resources to keep progress forward moving? The mention of pressurizing the system, only and if the external environmental noise ? overpowered the sounds produced by water leaks coming from below ground levels? The hopes of not implemented this option, no longer became an option but necessary to exerciseIf *** * *** *** did not agree with this next step, they had the option to dismiss the Tech’ and cease operations.It's amazing how many geniuses are born and come forth after the factProfessionals provide the illusion of the word “easy” ? that is often misunderstood from a spectators point of view? The years committed to perform efficiently, having insight, and being determine to resolve problems of this nature, while undertaking huge risk and accountability of what can go wrong, will go wrong? These elements were contained, problems identified, resolved in a professional and timely manner in the presence of *** * *** ***, therein lies the value of delivering the product of services to client after client.Again we are very sorry that *** * *** *** feel the way they do, that is quite contrast from was expressed upon completion of performance
