He was able to get me a great price and made sure all of the little details were dealt with all the way to the move in dayMy lawyer even remarked on how detailed and thorough his contracts were! The icing on the cake was possession day, when he handed me cash and my new keys! I would not hesitate to refer him or Rock point realty to anyone who needed a realtor
