REGARDING MR [redacted] COMPLAINT, HE DID GET APPROVED FOR THE DODGE JOURNEY BASED ON THE INFORMATION HE GAVE USHE STATED ON HIS APPLICATION THAT HE WAS ON HIS JOB FOR MONTHS BUT HE LIED AND WAS ONLY ON HIS JOB FOR ONE WEEK AND IN SECONDARY FINANCING THE LENDERS VERIFY ALL THE INFORMATION PROVIDED MR [redacted] WAS TOLD THIS AND THAT WE WOULD NEED THE VEHICLE BACK BECAUSE OF HIS STATEMENTS HE PROVIDED ON HIS APPLICATION WE HAVE NO REASON TO FALSIFY DOCUMENTS BECAUSE WE THE DEALERSHIP KNOWS THAT THE LENDERS WILL VERIFY ALL INFORMATION THEREFORE WE WOULD NOT GET PAID FROM THE LENDER WE ARE IN BUSINESS TO SELL CARS AND NOT JUST GIVE PEOPLE THE VEHICLE FOR IT TO BE RETURNEDWE WOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESSHE DID KNOW HE FALSIFIED THE INFORMATION

Revdex.com: My warranty issue was resolved and my catalytic converter was repairedHOWEVER I did make the owner aware of the small oil leak the vehicle has and there was no offer made to repair that as well as the caliper in which the repair shop claimed they fixI'm tired of going back and forth I have a repair guy who says that the oil leak is in those cars and nothing serious and I am going to fix the caliper myself....I SHOULDNT HAVE TO FIX things that were wrong at the time of purchaseHowever the things requested in this complaint have been resolvedThx

We're sorry to hear about the car not functioning properlyThe car did belong to the son of the GM, however that manager is no longer with Rock RoadWe will absolutely fix the odometer as that is a serious concern and we would also like to take a look at the air conditioning problem you reported If the customer could have the car brought to Cave Springs Auto Service and Tire, or contact the dealership to make arrangements we will begin the process of amending the vehicle

SO I'M A LITTLE CONFUSED. THE REPAIRS WERE DONE AND YET SHE IS STATING THAT SHE WANTS IT REPAIRED. THERE WAS NOT ANY COST TO HER. THE REPAIRS WERE DONE ON 08/20/2015 AND YET SENT THE COMPLAINT ON 08/21/2015. FOR ROCK ROAD AUTO PLAZA THE DESIRED RESOLUTION WAS COMPLETED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND CONSIDERATION. [redacted]

WE HAVE A BAILMENT CONTRACT AND CONDITIONAL DELIVERY AGREEMENT THAT WE DELIVER EVERY VEHICLE BASED ON THE INFORMATION THE CUSTOMER GIVES US IS ACCURATE AND TRUE. IF FOR ANY REASON IT IS NOT TRUE THE CUSTOMER MUST RETURN THE VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY. WHICH MR. [redacted] DID NOT. HE HAD THE VEHICLE FOR 31 DAYS. MR [redacted] CAME IN 07/21/2015 WITH THE VEHICLE AND WE REACH AN AGREEMENT WHICH HE SIGNED. WE SHOOK HANDS AND AS FAR AS I KNOW HE LEFT UNDERSTANDING THE SITUATION AND WITH A REFUND CHECK.
