Review: We had concrete installed in October of 2014 in February of2015 we noticed cracking called the company he said he would contact us to resolve we contacted him in the spring got same answer we have called and went out there numerous times no replyDesired Settlement: We want the concrete replaced

In response to claim #[redacted] the concrete patio that is in question and installed by Rock Solid Concrete LLC on 10/9/2014, has occurred cracks in it over and above control joints we put in is unfortunate. These are due to what I believe are frost cracks. These occur when concrete is in a young age and frost gets under the concrete and raises it. It is unfortunate that this happened but it is something I can not stand behind. The unwanted cracks I believe occurred from frost pushing up through the slab that first winter. Due to the fact that in my investigation of how the cracks appeared and when they appeared the soils that are under the gravel base are a contributing factor.
