When the chair was left for repair the customer was informed that our standard turn around time is four to six weeks as all our customers are told. We also have a very large sign in our office that reads Due to many unforeseen circumstances we regret that we can only estimate not promise completion time. The customer did contact us on two different occasions and they were informed on the situation with the chair. It had been severely damaged and we had to have an outside contractor schedule to come in and repair it.This has taken additional time that we were not able to control. The customers chair is currently being worked on and we will contact them when the work is completed. The customer is welcome to stop in at anytime during business hours to check on work progress or call 719-*** or email *** Business hours are 9am to 5pm monday - Thursday and Friday 9am to 4pm.

There are some differences in their statement and reality, however I believe they are sincere in completing the job 'we wee told 2 weeks, but if this gets or chai back I can forget the lack of concern for us.
WE have been gone to the shop but no one was there;

Any way, we will gladly wait for the chair now that we know the situation.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Couldn't complete job when promised and threatened customer when questioned.

I dropped off a small trim panel to be recovered, as a test for a larger job. The owner told me that it would be a "couple weeks" to complete the job. After two weeks went by I called to check in, the owner said that it wasn't done but it would be next week. I called back at the end of the next week and once again I was informed that it was not done and it would be done "next week". Of course at the end of that week it still wasn't touched. I stopped by to pick up the part. The owner gave me the excuse that he was 8 weeks behind, even though he said 2 when the part was dropped off. When I called him out on this conflict, he got extremely angry. The owner then began to yell, shout out obscenities and even threaten harm as I was walking out the door. I have NEVER been treated in such a way from a business. The owner continued shouting profanities as other customers were walking in.

Customer was clearly informed when he contracted us to upholster his small project that we are booking appointments out 6 weeks and we could not promise that it would be started any sooner. He also signed and agreed to a contract that stated the same thing so I am not sure where his confusion comes from. To put it quite simply he did not want to wait his turn in line and expected us to put him in front of others.This we will not do! He picked up his his merchandise and canceled his order on the 4th week. He was given his merchandise and was very agitated making rude and rash statements in front of other customers. He was politely asked to leave the premises SEVERAL times then he refused and became more belligerent he then was told to leave the premises and was advised to take his project somewhere else

At no point did I become agitated or make rude comments. I was frustrated and merely questioned the discrepancy between being promised a completion date 3 times that was never met. Believe me, I was excited to leave his business, just disappointed in his lack of ability to complete a small task in the time frame promised.

I was never "politely asked to leave" I was shouted at, cursed and threatened by the owner as I was walking out the door. The only interaction I had with other customers was then I held the door open for them, as I was leaving, I wished them good luck, as the owner continued to shout profanities.
