I have dealt with Ms [redacted] on many occasionsWhen she took delivery of the car she looked over the car before she took delivery and seemed very happyI received a phone call from her 2-days later saying that she wanted to return the car because the red lights in the car made her feel like the devil was staring at herI did some research and found out the cost would be $to switch outthe lights to a different color and I offered to absorb part of the cost to do soMs [redacted] was not happy with this and asked me what is going to happen if I don't pay for the carI told her that itwas between her and the bank to decide that and it might end up in being a repossession on her credit bureauShe came into the store unannounced and demanded that I talk to her right nowI would normally do that if I didn't have representatives from my corporate office in a meeting in my office at the timeI told her I would call her back that day which I did and she kept on talking about her car being possessed by the devil and now she paid to much for the carMs [redacted] was looking at the figure after tax,title,licence and doc fees compared to the sticker of the car and thought she paid more than the sticker priceI tried to make her happy but after all the devil story's and not listening to me about the pricing I realized she will never be happy

Mrand Mrs*** were at the dealership and were picking up their car in service and spotted a new ***They loved the car and went on a test driveWe went over acceptable payments if the bank approves the deal and we shook handsWe were not able to obtain financing of the vehicle
due to their bad credit historyWe tried to obtain financing through different banks and they did not approve the loanWe had to take our car back and return their car to themI am sorry for the incident but it unfortunately happens that we can't get everybody approved

I have taken my car multiple times to rodeo Kia and they have only caused further damage to my car from their service techs not doing a reliable jobOnly minor things were found and fixedNow my car has over heating damage and I cannot get it covered through warranty and can not afford engine costThey have not tried to resolve this but just leave it to me after multiple times telling them what I think is going on and explaining what I feel and towing it twice because of my concern and causing something serious to happenNow I cannot drive my vehicleI have taken it in on multiple occasions telling them please something is going on and now from them not doing their job correctly I am stuck with an non operable vehicleBut I did my part by taking it in Over and over within days of eachother or even hours

Was dealing with their Internet Manager about a KIA Soul Plus, everything seemed fine, was told they would pull a soft credit inquiry for qualifications, I agreed as I was just shopping around The next day I get a credit alert from my monitoring service showing a hard inquiry from Rodeo KIA, I never agreed to this, now I have a drop due to the inquiry, what a crooked way to do business

Our business practice is to cut a customer a check back after our deal on the car loan has funded through the bankThis process is in place for a reasonIf the deal doesn't fund and we cut the check to the customer we would have to call the customer and ask for
the money backI was not present when the conversation of 5-days went on but I did talk to the customer after days and explained the processWe did compensate the customer for his delay

All credit inquirys have a log on the bureau of who looked at their credit reportYou wanted to see if you qualified for a program and gave us the information to see if you did qualifyWe can't remove an inquiry from your reportYou would have to contact the credit reporting
agency and dispute the inquiry

No service documentation supports customer's complaint. After further investigation with Kia Corp the new battery was purchased from an aftermarket parts supply store during Rodeo Kia's service hours of operation and didn't have the original core to...

be tested. Kia will not reimburse for the factory battery without the core being tested and processed through an authorized dealer. The customer lives 6 miles away from a  Kia dealer.

agency and dispute the inquiry.

My complaint was against Rodeo Kia in Avondale.  I've rejected their response based on several reason:1.  I had the vehicle repaired elsewhere and was advised that "all" of the "AC Oil" was drained from my compressor causing it to fail.2. When I was contacted by [redacted] corporate office they were only concerned about their reputation and attempting to sell me another vehicle.3. [redacted] only resolution was for me to pay from $650.00 to $1500 for repairs needed caused by their mechanics.

Rodeo Kia would like to apologize to Mr. and Mrs. Thiele for one of our employees conduct towards them. The matter should of been handled better. We have since got the loan approved and lowered the customers payment and their first payment is due in 45 days from today. I hope they accept my...

apology and will continue to come to Rodeo Kia for future business. I have given them my card with my direct number so they can deal with me directly.
