In view of our telephone conversation, I no longer desire to pursue this complaint I do not accept the response by the business However, I do not wish to devote any more time to this matter due to the inefficiency of this process Thank you

The bar I am using is a standard olympic bar It hold all of my plates fine including all of the other weights provided by Rogue I fail to see why this one plate will not work I do not have the precision measurement tools required to verify whether the size is 50mm or 50.04mm, and it is ridiculous to expect any customer to be able to do this Rather that engage in all this back and forth and refusal to stand behind your products, Rogue should honor its warranty and exchange the weight plate You can then measure it yourself and decide what to do with it Regards, [redacted] ***

On our Rogue Sandbag product page we sell twelve different unique sandbag products that are all compatible with one another All products on this page are clearly identified in the photos on this http://www.roguefitness.com/rogue-sandbagsWhen you add any item from this page to the cart the same thumbnail photo appears for all We are not able to show unique thumbnail photos for all products This general thumbnail photo shows of the sandbag products on that page.The item description and pricing is consistent throughout the product page and checkout process.The customer claims he thought he was getting a different product because the product he intended to order is one of the four products pictured in the thumbnail photo in the cart.This customer is able to return or exchange the product as long as it has not been used.If returned, we will offer a 100% refund.If exchanged, we will ship out the exchanged product with free shipping

I am rejecting this response because: it is not clear that the customer is selecting a thumbnail picture to move on to another folderThe image is clearly the Gemini and clearly states $No where does it state "$and up"or display a more generic image to the folderThis is misleading to the consumerI am unsatisfied with your customer service and it is clear from other complaints that your company does not aim to pleaseYou also clearly aren't willing to admit fault at your poor website design causing this issueYou have not resolved either issue and are merely restating the same thing over and over againDisappointing!

This customer did not provide a street name for the shipping address.During checkout this address was unable to be verified The customer was notified of this and then prompted with a suggested address during checkout.Our records show the customer chose to proceed with the address he entered, after being notified it could not be verified.Once a customer is notified the address may be incorrect and selects to continue with the entered address we will ship to that address.This item was returned to us and the customer was refunded for the full product price on 5/30/

We have explained to this customer why we cannot and do not guarantee our plates to fit just any barbell We can only guarantee our plates to fit a barbell that is made to Olympic specs, which are standard across the market There are many barbells not made to Olympic specs and we cannot guarantee our products to be compatible with these barbells The customer does not know the brand, model, or specs of his barbell Unfortunately, we do not have any way to proceed any further on this issue

I wore them twice, and not more than minutes, wanting to get use to them so I wouldn't have to send them back I wasn't asking for my money back either I just wanted a pair that fitI had trouble downloading these pics, can you let me know if you were able to receive them? Regards, [redacted]

I sent an email in December detailing the problems with the rope I find it absurd that after a short time the rope started fraying and now you want to be cheap about the situation See attached for the email that I originally sent Regards, [redacted]

This customer's order was processed within minutes of being placed online, and the item was physically packed in our distribution center within minutes of the order being placed.This order was successfully delivered to the customer on 2/27.It is true that we process orders very quickly, and in
most cases are not able to cancel the order after it has been processed.As a courtesy, we have refunded the customer in full and let him keep the product

diameter does not exceed 50.00mm at any point.Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for many lower-priced, foreign-made bars to fall outside of this spec, as they are typically made to be used with cast iron plates which have a much looser and "sloppier" fit.Bumpers must fit snug on the bar since they are designed for the bar to be dropped and to absorb the bounce- a need not shared by traditional cast iron plates I looked through the email chain, and I did not see any information about your barbell Can you provide the brand and model name?In regards to one plate fitting tighter than the others, the tolerance range of a Hi-Temp insert starts at 50.4mm, so we are working with less than a 1/2mm designed clearance It doesn't take much for a barbell to fall out of spec.With a barbell that is out of spec, a plate can be in spec on the lower end of the tolerance and not fit, while the other could be on the higher end of the tolerance and still fit.If it is the plate that is out of spec, we will replace it instantly, however no measurements have been provided to determine this.As bumper plates get more and more common we see this issue quite frequently as folks attempt to use bumpers on bars that were designed to be used with cast iron plates and manufactured with loose tolerances.Every Rogue Hi-Temp bumper is tested with a 50.00mm sleeve as part of the QC process, and we are happy to look further into this once measurements are provided

The customer contacted us by phone claiming she wasn't happy with the fit of the belt.We did advise her of or exchange policy and let her know that we would be happy to provide an exchange and gave her the steps needed to exchange for a different size.This information is found in the footer on our
website and can be located within click of our homepage: ***The customer wasn't happy that the customer is responsible for the return shipping and Rogue covers the shipping back to the customer for an exchanged product.Since that phone call Rogue has sent a pre-paid return shipping label to the customer as a courtesy.The customer now has the option to return the belt or exchange the belt with no out-of-pocket cost at all

This customer's rope shows delivered on 4/by UPS at 3:12pm: ***At that exact same time, 3:12pm on 4/20, the customer emailed us requesting a refund for the purchase that he had not received.The customer also let us know
in two different emails that he was contacting Mastercard regarding our practices of failing to deliver his order.On 4/we let him know "If you have not already filed a charge-back with your credit card company, please let me know We will issue a refund."The customer did not respond to this question, but did let us know that on 4/he located the product by his front door.On 4/we sent the customer a pre-paid return label, and the refund will be issued once returned

The response from teh business does answer the question It cost me at least $to send back an item that was placed at my door step in plastic Wal-mart bag I had to buy a package to send back this lost item to them I am now asking for $refund for that package.
