Not only was Larry knowledgeable but was a complete professional in every way. The parts were installed with a smile. I highly recommend him!

I hired this spa repair person to repair my spa. He advised me the main motherboard in the system was out and that it would cost $850 for the new part and an additional $150 service call to install the part. Upon installation of the part, he then concluded that while the part was bad, that the breaker for the spa must also be bad and that he is not an electrician and I would have to contact and electrician to get the breaker fixed. I have since had a new breaker installed and that did not correct the problem either. So at this point, I have paid this person $150 for a diagnostic fee, $850 for a part which I am not certain I ever needed, and a $150 installation fee for a total of $1150 and the spa still does not work. He has not offered to return and complete the repair as he contends that the spa is all fine that there is some electrical problem.

Due to the fact that you kicked me off your property and stated our business was done because there was still an issue with your spa, left a bad review on my business page before resolving the issue and reporting my business to the Revdex.com before I had a chance to respond to your latest comment on Facebook, I feel our business is done as I do not feel comfortable going back onto your property.

However, I will give you some free advice that you can give to the next technician you call: my next step, now that the main motherboard has been changed (which needed to be done due to the burn marks that I showed you) and the breaker fixed (which had a problem since it tripped even when the motherboard was not attached), would have been to check the two smaller boards; both of which could not have been checked without the first two issues being resolved.

Sometimes, equipment has more than one issue. I apologize that those issues were not fixed as quickly and as cheaply as you would have liked but you did not replace nor check anything unnecessarily.
