Not Roll Off Dumpster Direct folks anyway.

We needed a 30 foot dumpster, got the permit, and I paid for it almost 3 weeks out to avoid any hassle later. I was told two days was plenty of time but we had been working on the house and my husband took vacation time for this project.

It was supposed to be delivered tomorrow, but I got an email telling me they had no dumpsters. I called and spoke to a man who was the manager, I think. I told him we booked out in advance so this exact problem wouldn’t happen, I was promised it wouldn’t so I paid for the reservation of the dumpster. We even sent the a photo of our yard so they could see the dimensions.

Very early this morning I got an email saying there were no trucks at all for me for tomorrow. I called Roll Off Dumpster Direct and a man told me he was the only person there and couldn’t help me. I explained I reserved the dumpster weeks ago so this wouldn’t happen - we arranged our summer into purging and with no real notice I’m told I’m just out of luck? He didn’t care. He said I could have the dumpster next week, not hearing my husband too this week off for this project. I wanted to talk to someone else and he yelled at me, told me “Jason” was in charge and all he’d do was refund my money. As if it was ever a question he wouldn’t return money for a service I didn’t get. He hung up on me.

He wasn’t forthright, his attitude was terrible, he didn’t try to help me and just kept saying he was sorry. Apparently a reservation doesn’t guarantee you a truck - not even a $700+ dumpster already paid for.

Never going there again, will post a Yelp review and any other place I can find. They charge a cancellation fee and I thought about demanding one from him because this threw a huge wrench in our hard worked plans.

Instead I found BudgetDumpster.com and they were polite, cheaper, will bring me a dumpster tomorrow and our schedule will stay on track.

Maybe this was a favor I couldn’t see while reading “cancel” this morning from the first place because Budget Dumpster was polite from the beginning and helpful too. I’m happy we’re going with them.

NEVER AGAIN!!!
I used these people 3 times before and was very pleased. This time, I ordered just the 20 yard dumpster because I didn't have too much. I emailed them before I put anything questionable in it to be sure they would take it and honored their rules. When they removed it the dumpster was only 3/4 full. Yet, they went into my bank account and took another $300 because they said it was 3 tons too much! How are we supposed to weigh the stuff we put on it? I paid over $700 for a smaller dumpster that wasn't even completely full. I emailed them and received no response to my complaint. They will take extra money from you whether it is legitimate or not. I am complaining to the attorney general in Pa. also. In addition, they will not give you any form of proof that the dumpster was, indeed, over the weight limit. It's just their word.

We received a call from [redacted] on 9/12/The reason for her call was to request a weight ticket for her dumpster rentalin turn, we requested the weight ticket from Our 3rd party vendor, [redacted] We did not receive a response from [redacted] until our 7th request on 10/6/Upon receipt of the weight ticket, we learned that the weight of [redacted] 's dumpster was tons, not tons as originally billed to us by [redacted] See attached weight ticketAs such, we corrected the invoice we sent to [redacted] and the $charge for additional weight was refunded.We work tirelessly to earn our customers' trust, and understand this is a very frustrating experience for ***We greatly apologize it took days to resolve the matter.We will learn from this situation and hope future customers see the corrective efforts we are making to provide the very best service possible.Jason A

I ordered a a cubic foot dumpster from Roll Off Dumpster Direct and was told this included delivery, taxes and disposal of tons (7000lbs.) in my price of $ I really didn't have to get the 30ft dumpster I ordered and could have used a cubic ftinstead because it wasn't even 1/full when the guys finished loading it I took a picture and called and spoke with a Mr Joe the same day it was delivered on October 24, and was informed by him and received a confirmation e-mail it would be removed tomorrow the 25th By 6:pm my wife informed me that the dumpster still had not been removed I called and spoke with a Ms K*** who said she would send me a final invoiceThen the next thing I know I am getting an alert that Rolloff Dumpster Direct has taken an additional $out of my account for additional tons There is no way the total weight of the debris was tons or 12,340lbs I was informed that dumpster companies collect extra monies by over billi

company is sticking to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement, whereby it states “Customer assumes all liabilities for damage to driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces and entire container placement siteAs such, we did not reimburse *** for the eletrician's invoice as she requested and we suggested *** file a homeowners insurance claim.We work tirelessly to earn our customers' trust, and understand this is a very frustrating experience for ***In fact, we contacted our party provider of the roll off dumpster service to see if they would compensate ***, but unfortunately they denied our claimWe will learn from this situation and hope future customers see the corrective efforts we are making to provide the very best service possible

I was sent an invoice with an additional cost of $for an additional tons which was charged to my credit card without any proof or weight slip includedI requested a weight slip from them repeatedly for two weeks and they kept putting me off or saying they would email it to me and finally they said I would have it the next day but I never received it

I recently got a roll-off dumpster Supposed to be at my house before noon showed up at and now they are charging me for additional disposal fee which is outrageous for what we put in the dumpster We had a contract for tons and they are charging me for another tons I tore off 2-square of shingles that is pounds....they are saying it was pounds How they operate their business is they say they will be there hire other drivers and dumpster to be delivered They say I don39t have a case and that they can be late

As [redacted] accurately described in his complaint, his dumpster was delivered on October 24 and removed on October 25th. The weight of the materials placed in the dumpster weighed 6. 17 tons and as such an invoice was generated in the amount of $234.96 for the 2.67 tons over the included...

3.50 tons. As proof of the weight, we have provided a weight ticket from the 3rd party state regulated disposal facility. However, we cannot control the weight of the contents placed in the dumpster and we must pay the disposal facility for all weight in each and every dumpster.
