We have refunded this customer and already communicated w/ customer about the refund and apologized for the frustration

We explained to this customer numerous times that in order to get an exchange she first has to send back the original product to usShe has not done thatShe said she didWe asked for a tracking numberThe number she gave was invalidBut, we went ahead and refund her in full today if though we have not gotten our original product back

We have been in communication with this customer and apologized for her frustrating experienceI explained to customer that we would waive feeShe is now sending product back to us

We have already contacted customer and gave her a full refund on March Customer has now been made whole

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The skates were sent back. To respond with a message telling someone to mail back the skates in order to get an exchange is calling me dumb because of course anyone knows that an exchange can only happen when the original purchase is returned. This company is a fraud and has received the skates back over 4 weeks ago and is desperately trying to keep my money along with the skates by hiding behind an error in the USPS tracking number. The company is a fraud.
