We have reached out to customer and let them know that we will replace the part that they need. We also apologized that she was not able to reach us but I gave her a direct connection to reach the General Manager in the future.

We have been in communication with this customer and apologized for her frustrating experience. I explained to customer that we would waive fee. She is now sending product back to us.
