I set up an appointment with Ron. Talked over the phone multiple times, sent pictures and everything. He assured me he could do the job of repair and a cap for my chimney. When my appointment was scheduled, I was home waiting, he never spoke to me in person. He just left a business card and said he could not help me, even after he told me multiple times the job was no problem. Now I have to wait even longer to find a new company because he wasted over a month of my time
