I received a letter from them around the middle of February to refinance my home.for months I sent them pages and pages of requests from them1099,s, 2013,2014,income tax returns,my clearing house wells fargo income statements,release so they can contact the irs,a statement from social security,all my bank recordswhen I called chris seago the boss was told they had what was neededafter over months I sent them an e-mail just to forget it and please send all my personal information back to methe response was they only have copies that I sent thru faxes and e-mailsthey did not have any original pieces of paper work

Had an overall excellent experience, especially working with Julie A [redacted] the loan processorI'm very pleased with the final result, I got an excellent loan with no expenses I was a little surprised at the total time that the entire process took, but that may be specific to my situation and the requirements of the lender

My complaint is misleading information We are good borrowers and have never been turned down on a loan before Our credit is strong, we have equity in our home, solid income and steady income The appraiser appraised are home and seem to come in with a chip on his shoulder from the get go He made a handful of negative comments about our house while inspecting He appraised our home and then listed it as over improved We just built our home so it seemed a bit odd Although our home is large it is not over improved for our area Anyhow, we ended up going through another lender shortly after the denial and had to have a another appraiser appraise the home He listed are home as NOT over improved for the area and his comparables had many comments and reasons for such When I went back to blue brick to share this information Was told that the appraisal couldn't be used and potentially inflated the value and there was nothing they could do They would not even look at the new

Fantastic experience with Blue Brick Financial Their rates on their no-cost mortgage loan were the best around My loan processor, Mary Branco, was with me every step of the way She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had and was very knowledgeable in her field Without question Blue Brick will be my first call the next time I need a mortgage loan!

We received an advertisement to refinance our home loan at NO COST. We reached out to the loan officer and started the process. We were then asked for our credit card to charge the appraisal fee and we have an email that states if we close on our loan the fee will be credited to us. We closed on our loan Wednesday and nothing in the loan documents indicate a credit. I have emailed three individuals who worked with us on the loan and none of them have replied to my request for information regarding our credit for the appraisal fee. Yet when they needed something from us they were quick to respond.

All in all a good experience Communication was lacking at times, but Julie was always great to get back to us with questions and make sure we were well informed - pleasure to work with! End of the day, loan was funded, helpful group of folks to work with - I would recommend to a friend!
