I did some research and started loan app paperwork with Citibank-our current mortgage lender, and America First- who we have our car loans through and LOVE! But the $6-8,in added fees to complete our loan was making me sick! I wanted to give Blue Brick Financial a try to prove their no cost refi I was very impressed with the simplicity and speed of closing our loan I had read many mixed reviews that people had a great or terrible experience and was worried We have very good credit and a great history of on time paymentsBecause this company starts your loan and sells it (that's how they make their money) My GUESS is that if your credit is good enough that another company would want your business, your loan would be easy to sell??? Regardless of if that's true, I was pleased with our loan process and completion by Rebecca A [redacted]
