I am rejecting this response because: My son was sick when Chad was going to come to my house Then when Chris and Ed came to my house my son was at work My son's wife, walked out to ask me a question, though nothing was said to her The time in which they were going to come out, my son had a horrible upper respiratory infection, thought it was the flu, so no one came There was a time when someone came to my house, I was home, my neighbor was outside, asked him what was going on and he said he was taking pictures No one contacted me that someone was coming to or be on my property Believe the event in which is in the response is not forthcoming One other thing, yesterday I was reviewing my person email and there was an email from Holly and it was addressed to *** and [redacted] My husband has passed away a few years ago and is in no way part of this construction, nor the communications, etc., coming from Roofing-Pro First this is very unprofessional to add a name to documents being sent, not alone my late husband, which Holly had no reason to include, not even sure where she same up with the information Knowing that someone is researching and not even thinking about my feelings, or my families feelings, just sending documents with dis-regard to the person on the receiving end Tried to respond to her email and it was returned, could not deliver More nails are falling out, and when I said I was ok with what they did, I was being harassed by Holly to sign the paper for financing with disregard to the work in which was being done She was at times called 3+ times a day I know they want to be paid, they also need to know, people are not going to pay for a job where they are not satisfied As I stated to Chris and Ed, I was concerned about nails continuing to fall out, the trim not tight, it is wavy, who knows when it comes apart how long it will take someone to fix it

When visited by the sales person to receive a quote on new siding and to replace two windows on our home, on the main areas he focused on and stressed was how professional his crew would be during the installation We had multiple issues with poor workmanship requiring several repeat visits to correct One of the crew became verbally abusive and used foul language to describe me to the crew boss (within my hearing!) When I complained to the office, I made it very clear that this person was NOT to ever be on my property again When yet another installation issue came up that needed to be re-done, this abusive worker showed up again There was another confrontation I do not recommend this company Their workmanship is shoddy and their people skills are horrible

I was very pleased with my roof I will recommend roofing pro to other and clewas good also

We were beyond delighted with the work that Roofing Pro didThe staff and crew were professional and courteousThey were also kind and respectful; they completed the work in a timely fashionOur house looks gorgeous and completely transformed! We LOVE our new roof, windows and siding! Bravo!!!!

Although there is not an expressed warranty in the agreement with the ***'s, we always provide a year labor warranty which has expired Nonetheless, we are willing to go and fix any problems they may be having We were turned away from their house on Monday February 6, when we went out to look at the current leak We have always responded to the ***'s concerns and are willing to do so now We have even gone so far as to re-seal their stone chimney that was leaking, which had nothing to do with their roof The ***'s have a very unique home that by their own admittance has been a problem for them in many areas We always stand behind our work and want to opportunity to address the current issue, but right now are not allowed on the property

We are going to property today at 11:am to trim the metal for homeowner

Roofing Pro replaced our year old slate roof with a Certainteed decorative shingle, and we are very pleased with the workChad and Conrado's team had a difficult roofing job, and they handled it within a reasonable time at a reasonable price and did a great job We love the new look of the decorative shingles, the quality of the product and the lifetime warranty
The Roofing Pro team was very professional in all our interactions with them, and cleaned up well each day until they were finished I would highly recommend this company to any residential customer

I am rejecting this response because:
see attached pictures

I have spoken with customer and she is in understanding of contract. Also all work has been repaired and walk around was done with customer and she was satisfied at that time

The folks at Roofing-Pro were very professional and courteous from the time we met them in the office until the work was completed They communicated with us during the entire process - always returning phone calls or double-checking to make sure everything was going as planned They answered all our questions and delivered the product and installation as promised, when promised We are happy with the new windows and doors, as well as the roof repairs The house looks totally different and updated! We felt as if we were part of a well-organized team!

Don has spoken to Mr*** and the deposit has been refunded to Mr***'s credit card

I am rejecting this response because: Our confidence that they can resolve the issues has long been gone. Every time they come out its the same thing. The fact that they usually provide customers a year warranty has no bearing on this situation because the roof has never been completed to satisfaction. Any warranty doesn't begin until the job is completed to satisfaction. It has leaked since it was installed. Legitimate professional company's have a written contract that includes a written warranty. The comments about the fireplace are interesting because any roofer knows that you have to seal your new roofing material to anything such as fireplaces and skylights to ensure those items don't generate leaks due to your roofing installation. We have been very nice and accommodating over the last months and have lost all confidence. From the very beginning, the owner came out and provided an estimate which included the carport skylight to be removed and wood trim (as he himself pointed out the wood trim and included the skylight in the estimate), but then tried to come back and say we owed them like $in wood cost. They also ordered the wrong screws and had to delay install for another month. The only thing we want is for Roofing Pro to refund our money

Spoke with the customer and we have resolved this problem. Customer is fully satisfied and is very happy

Ms*** first contacted us on January 4, and we fixed the leaks on January 5, She had previously been contacting her
sales rep that she worked with in He has not been with our company since that year and did not relay the messageWe apologize for the delay she incurred on getting the leak fixed and feel confident she will contact the office directly should any more problems ariseWe hope that this settles this matter

I will start this response by stating that these people are trying to manipulate the system and con us into fixing a pre-existing condition When we first went out this house on 12/21/and the next day when we signed agreement we were never allowed in the house This should have been
our first red flag When we went out to install roof on 12-28-we found that 480' of 1xwood needed to be replaced This is sf on sf roof That is a large section of their roof which had obviously been leaking for a long time The homeowner would not allow us to go to *** and purchase the wood on our own as we normally do, but insisted that he leave work to purchase the wood This slowed us down Then when we needed more wood, we again had to wait on Mr*** to leave work, purchase the wood and deliver it to us Between the wood work and the delay caused by waiting on homeowner to purchase wood, we were unable to get the roof completed in one day as we typically would on a house this size We installed the ice and water shield in the valleys and around penetrations and covered the entire roof in our synthetic underlayment and covered that with multiple tarps We went back the next day and finished the roof and there was no mention of any problem at that time It was not until after the new year that we were notified that there had supposedly been a leak that night and now all of their ceilings and insulation had been ruined The amount of damage at the *** residence could never have occurred in one night This house had obviously been leaking badly for several years We have had an adjuster from our insurance company look at the damage and they concur that this is many years of damage No new damage We have not been paid on this job

I am rejecting this response because:
If MrP*** was not up to par the day he came to our house we did not see any signs of his health issuesHe was on point with his sales, he discussed the underlayment thourglyWe told him the attic gets so hot and our air handler is in the attic, we were going to put attic fans in, he told us with this underlayment and the ridge vent there would be no need for for fansHe discussed the high tack high heat underlayment in detailAnd the brochure he used to disuss the underlayment states that the high tack high heat underlayment is for all types of roofing materials, shingles includedIf they only use the sand underlayment MrP*** should have never discussed the other underlayments with usThey keep telling us that the underlayments are the same, if that is the case then why do they offer types at different costWe ask what we were getting for the cost and MrP*** told us the high tack high heat underlayment, the Ultimate boot system, and the year shinglesThey are saying the fulfilled the contract, but in fact the may have fulfilled the contract because the contract they use doesnt specify the type of underlayments or the type of boots that you as the customer are paying forWhen a representitive came out to discuss the issue he said they were telling him the underlayments are the same, we questioned the fact that they offer types and if they are the same why would they offer different oneshe didnt know why, he was told they were the sameWhen MrP*** came back out to discuss the issue he also said they were the sameBut at the time of the sale he told us sand was basic, the granular was a step up and high tack high heat was premiumThat is why we went with the high tack high heat because of the fact he told us it would help the attic from getting so hotWhen he contacted the finance company that day they only approved us for 90% of the total so the contract should have been for but he put the total cost on the contract of 10300.00, we ask about the 90% if they could do it for that and he said what choice do they have its either do it for that cost or lose the contractWe questioned him writing the contract for the 10300.00, he said it didnt matter what was on the contract the finance company would only release the So we are not asking for a discountWhen MrP*** came back out to discuss the issue we agreed on a discount he even said they would change the boots for freeEven though we had paid for the premium boot systemWhen the company contacted us and said they would only give a discount and that was it no discusion futher my husband did get upset with himI called him back and tried to discuss the issue with him the told me that the contract only said winterguard and bootsThey had came back out and changed the boots I told him no one had been backHe said that it showed they had came back and that we had the life time boots anywayWhen I tried to talk to him he ask why I had even called himI told him I was trying to explain what we had been told by MrP*** as to what we were getting and what we had paid for is not what we recievedHe was short with me and rudeWe feel this company tells you one thing and then installs another we wonder how many other customers have paid for premium and get basic and never know what they recievedThe contract they use doesnt specify the different types of products they offer just underlayment and boots, MrP*** did write winterguard on the contract, and he circled yes on the bootsWe are willing to talk to the company to resolve the issue we have tried before but they were not willing to discuss it they were only going to give what they offer end of discussion
