The Furniture I brought from Rooms to Go being to break after not even having it for a year

I originally purchased a bedroom set on April 15, I was told by the sales person that the earliest delivery date available would be May 4th I explained to him that date would work but that I could not be there for the delivery till after o'clock On the morning of May 4th, I received a call @ 10:am from the delivery driver letting me know that he was at the house and there was no-one at home I explained to him that the delivery was not set till after noon because of meetings that I had scheduled that morning but that I would call to cancel my meeting and could leave my office and be at the house in minutes He indicated that he would wait for me to get there As I am pulling into my subdivision, I notice a Rooms To Go truck leaving I call the phone number that I had spoken with minutes earlier and was forwarded to a dispatcher I explained the situation with the dispatcher and was put on hold while they

Furniture put back into stock after attempted delivery and now not available for redelivery until 1/18/when paid in full
RTG attempted delivery on 12/was not able to be there due to work, thought they had my business number on file but they did notCalled store and was advised I had to wait hours and they would call me to rescheduleDidn't hear back from them by today 12/13, went online to website to reschedule, was advised it was put back into stock and wouldn't be available to delivery until 1/18/because it was now on back orderThis was paid in fullI think this is very awful customer service and was counting on using this piece over Christmas, thus the complaint

Rooms to go brought our bed out and never secured the headboard nor secured the automatic frame our headboard I'd flopping and the bed is moving
our sales rep named Perry told us if we purchased the Thermopedic bed with the automatic frame then it would fit inside our bed frame and when the delivery people brought it out that was not what happenedAnd it's still not right

This was the WORST delivery service I have ever receivedI purchased my furniture online after visiting the stores, I was very excited to receive my dinning room and living room setUpon arrival both gentleman were talking on their personal phonesThroughout the delivery they were on the phone and even had it on speaker! Either way, I was polite enough to offer them a bottled water, during the set up one of them took care of setting up the couches and the other the dinning roomAfter they were "finished" they had me sign on a tablet, when my husband arrived home he inspected the work and saw that they had damaged the dinning room table beyond repairNot only did they strip the screws, they had also made a hole next to the hole they were supposed to screw in in through! My husband attempted to see if it could be fixed but the screws were stripped which we could not take out, the table had holes that were made by the screws and if we tried to take them out the table would fall apartWe called customer service and they were no help at allI tried to explain to them how everything happened and all they could say was "We are sorry to hear that" when I asked them if it was possible to get another table that was not damaged they stated it was not possibleThe excitement of receiving new furniture was long gone and as much as I wanted to enjoy it, it was impossible

Rooms to Go misrepresented their Warranty for Fabric Protection/Cleaning
Less than a year ago, I went to Rooms to Go store located at Waterford Lakes, Orlando Florida I was looking to purchase a living room set (leather) The sales person stated that Rooms to Go had a fantastic fabric warranty that would cover any spills, stains, etcOR replace the items for FREE - so I can extend my options to fabric Based on that information which I reconfirmed over and over with the salesperson I purchased the living room set during the course of year, there were minor stains that appeared on my sofa I stopped into The Waterford Lakes store and they stated I had to use their solution first before a technician comes and cleans the sofa I followed their direction and attempted to clean the stains; however, their solution created more of a problem and actually created water stains on the furniture I stopped by again at the store and they scheduled a technician to come out He came out,

Bought the memory mattress icomfort from rooms to go with a 25year warranty six months later we have been experiencing nothing but discomfort and pain We have called Room to Go customer service several times with no positive resultI was open to replacement but rooms to go will not work with usI paid over $for this discomfort

Issues with payments posting correctly due to payment posting before first statement was cut due to close date not being knows
My first statement closing date was 3/and my bill showed a previous balance of $ I had created my online account and made two payments ahead of schedule to be proactive in the hopes that both payments would be applied to my first amount due However, due to when the bill cut, it applied my early payment before the bill cut, not applying to the statement due Instead, subtracting it to the total amount due, then charging me again for the statement balance, which charged me a late fee I called and they credited the late fee and they were suppose to adjust the payment to apply to the 3/statement amount due so that all future payments would apply properly However, my April bill reflected a past due amount for the $from the previous month that was suppose to be adjusted, even though I paid $(miniumum due was $113) After calling customer care t
