Deliver Status- I have to state that I am very unhappy with the service delivery We were told that our delivery would be here between 2- I took off of work to be here for the furniture I get calls asking me how was my delivery, I informed them that we have not received the furniture 6pm come and not furniture or no call I call the customer service department which was rude! and was informed that the driver route has been changed and the at 6pm he still has more stops to me No one reached out to us to let us know that the driver was late was the main problem I need to be reimbursed for my delivery fee for the HUGE inconvenience! Multiple issue with customer service We ordered our furniture on May which included QN Hi Pro Tranquility BedWith initial delivery, the base was damaged and had to be reorderedHowever, the delivery personnel left the additional pieces to the bed It was a struggle to get the new delivery scheduled with customer service When the new bed was delivered, our floors were scratched and the extra extensions were not installed They indicated we did not need them Again we had to call customer service to report the damage and reschedule another technician to install the extensions The technician came back to the house (alone with no help) and still could not attach the extensions and did not know what they were used for and took the extra boxes with him If my husband had not been there, he would not have been able to lift the bedAlso, customer service was not able to give us any information about the damages to the floor or who we should contact They indcated there was n

Fee to deliver when customer has opted to pick up Recently purchased a furniture set and opted to pick up from their local warehouse to avoid delivery charges Upon looking at receipt, there was a $charge for deliveryWhen I inquired, the fee is assessed for bringing the furniture from their Katy, TX warehouse to their San Antonio, TX warehouse As a consumer, this is a charge that should not be passed along to the consumer specifically as a stand alone charge This is tantamount to "shipping & handling" and you should train your sales associates to specifically inform the consumer of suchThis is completely out of scope as a seller to charge the customer for your logistical feesIf anything, all of your costs should be reflected in the cost of the furnitureIt feels like a bait & switch tactic tat a corporation of this size should not be pulling on their customers

I cancelled a sectional the day after purchase and have been getting the run around about getting refunded on April I went to the Rooms to go on IH in San Antonio to pick out several itemsUpon getting home we decided that we didn't want the sectional we had orderedI called in on April and cancelled the order and was told that in 7-business days both of my credit cards would be refundedI used the Rooms to go card for the purchase and I used my personal credit card for the sales taxAfter days I called in for a status because I still heard nothing and I couldn't get an answer one way or the otherSo here we are April and still nothing days after the fact

Multiple deliveries of item that has been damaged each time upon delivery exchange My boyfriend and I ordered an entertainment console from Rooms to go in Sarasota Florida on 01/05/for $1,and it was delivered to our home on 01/11/When the unit was delivered only two of the three pieces were stained and there were chips in the woodI called customer service to have it exchangedWhen they brought the "new" item the top was still not stained and the slots on the sliding doors did not match up with one other (they were all at different heights)I called to have the item exchanged again and when the new pieces came the doors were stuck and would not slide and two of the three tiers were only stained once againI called the Rooms to go customer service while the techs were there and was placed on hold for awhile while the lady was checking into my accountThe delivery men told us, "that's what happens when you buy things from Mexico, you never know what you are going to
