We keep receiving defective furniture and keep refusing delivery based on quality issues Been going on over months RTG refuses to refund We purchased an entire living room suit from RTG right at the beginning of the New Year's sale Leather reclining sofa and love seat as well as matching recliner We purchased end tables, coffee table and a TV console with bookcase piers We used the month interest free financing The leather has specks all over it Not natural defects in leather, but actual specks where it flakes off The bookcase piers have spots of missing stain and one has a huge black marking on the front where it looks like someone just tried to fill in a scratch with a marker The inlaid slate on the console is damaged and was noted on initial deliveryInitially, one of the end tables had an entire chunk of slate missing that was simply filled with putty to disguise We have worked with RTG on multiple re-deliveries and the furniture they send each time
