*** managed my yard drainage problem project quite well, was very helpful and fastI would hire them again for any future outdoor plumbing/drainage issue

My husband and I want to thank Eshan Afor the excellent job he did in our home by installing a new toilet and garbage disposal and clearing our kitchen drain He was pleasant, fast and very efficient I would recommend him to anybody for their plumbing needs

For a weekend, *need a plumber for failed hot water tank*, these people came out and had my year old aunt sign a worker order for $To replace a gallon tank? They said she needed both tanks replaced and a new sump pump too They replaced BOTH tanks with gallon tanks and a sump pump they said was new (They still deny that the sump pump was USED when our regular plumbers said it was NOT new.)
There in NO way even including ALL labor that this job should have even come close to $
The best they did was offer $when called out I still believe they owe her a minimum of $
So, with her permission I file this review

Jeremy and every member of his team (did not get all their names) did an excellent job We had a very serious iron-pipe-sewer-collapse that was extremely complex to deal with It included tearing up the concrete slab floor in a bedroom below which the iron pipe, which was years old, failed The price to fix was high and the serious inconvenience was unavoidable But the team did such impressive work that I would not hesitate to recommend them to others

***, the plumbing tech, was very friendly and efficient and helped me solve the plumbing issue I had in a timely manner

*** was on time, professional and very personable He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with

*** did an excellent job with our drain problem He also was the hit of the night with my grandson, a and 1/year old future workman I would recommend *** to anyone and plan on keeping his card Thank You

Called Rooter Hero and *** *arrived within a couple of hours and in not time
flat got the clog that was blocking my kitchen sink and garage sink reamed right
out! *** was extremely proficient and a very kind personI definitely would recomend
Rooter Hero and especially have them ask for *** *.! *** and Rooter Hero definitely
deserve the Stars

*** went above and beyond what he was paid to do I had an electrician wire up a couple of tankless at the source water heaters and switched a couple of things around, shaun corrected them for me and made them work correctly *** is very knowledgeable and a huge asset to rooter hero Thank you very much ***

Good Morning, this morning I had Rooter Hero out to service some plumbing problems. The service tech was name [redacted] who was very knowledgeable as I could tell right from the start. His commitment toward excellent service was apparent because he told me what he was going to do and during his work he explain every step and what I could expect. It was very easy to communicate with him in short he was a professional. If he represent the rest of the company then this company is headed to the top. I plan to recommend this company to everyone who need plumbing service.

Fantastic service and the plumber who called (Jeff W) was a thorough professional - fixed price and no complaints

[redacted] E. came by today to help unplug the drain in my bathtub, after my landlord scheduled his service call. He was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to spread a cover down to protect the floor, and wore disposable covers on his shoes so that he wouldn't get any junk from the drain on my floors. He immediately got to work, and educated me on the process at the same time. He was a genuinely nice guy, and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone I know.

I had a clog in my kitchen sink drain, after trying to unclog it myself And failing I called Rooter Hero. The technician [redacted] showed up, cleaned up my mess, and was able to unclog my drain and explain my problem to me in great detail. He was kind, knowlagible, and extremely helpful.

We were very pleased and impressed with Rooter Hero. [redacted] did a great job ! He was very helpful in getting us help to the next phase of removing and repairing the damage from all the water. [redacted] and his team got the job done quickly and we highly recommend Rooter Hero for all your plumbing needs.

We had a clogged main sewer line on a late Thursday night. Called Rooter Hero Plumbing and [redacted] showed up within 45 minutes. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had the job done in under an hour. Excellent service! We will use them again.

Had a great experience with [redacted]. this week when I needed my upstairs plumbing analyzed. He was very patient, educated me, did not do anything unnecessary and suggested several option. His follow up was great as well.
Price was very reasonable!
