Rooter Hero--[redacted] was very helpful. Came out the same day as my problem to assess what had to be done. The team came out the next day and started the work and completed within 2 days. Great Job!!!

This company lied to us and told us our sewer line was rotted out and collapsed, and they need a lot more money to fix it. I knew it wasn't though because everything works fine. They then said well 400.00 for clean out I said no. When he went in to replace ring everything was working fine. They left and the 2 toilets in the house didn't work, everything else did. I called and the manager was suppose to call back but never did. Guess he was embarrassed I was on to his unethical lieing to scam me for more money. I had to get another plumber $345.00. He told me what I already knew nothing was wrong with line. They where making it all up. He did say he saw a lot paper towels in line and quickly cleared that. I feel this Company should pay that 345.00 since they clogged it to scam me. Also I didn't get any senior discount and for trying to take advantage of a older woman, as they where, I feel I should get some money reimbursed for the inconvenience of no toilets, the lieing , and the distrust I have of Plumbers now. Last they didn't even care to call back. I gave them 1,500.00 for not a lot of work. As dishonest as they where I'm wondering just how much they did do. You thought I was dumb, if the sewer line was messed up all the sinks and bathtub wouldn't drain, plus I know how we take care of those lines!! They are running good and u go in there to put a ring on the toilet and come out saying you used camera the lines collapsed, rotted out and u thought I would go for that?? Insulting and elder abuse.

Review: I hired this company to fix a small leak by meter, put new kitchen faucet, put in new bathtub spout head, and replace ring in toilet. All my drains and toilets work fine they drain strong. Well it was 1,500.00. The second night a manager called and said the plumber put a camera down my main sewer and it was rust out and collapsed. (I knew that was a lie toilets running good)They said 4,000.00 more to fix. I said no, Then he say well I need 400.00 extra for clean out! I said no I know my pipes are good working They were demanding I pay right then with credit card. I told them no Ill mail check. My granddaughter called as soon as they left and said grandma neither toilets are working at all. All the other drains are fine.. I called a plumber he came out and checked the line there no roots breaks nothing, he said there was some paper towels which he unblocked quickly.. They lied to me to get more money and blocked my toilets. I had to pay 349.00 to another plumber and I want that reimbursed since they got caught trying to defraud me. Plus my senior discount. I called them and they said manager would call me back but never did. I called this morning they hung up. These people are dishonest, luckily we keep our lines in good shape and I knew that was all they said was false.Desired Settlement: ,I want the payment for the other plumber who had to unblock your blockage. and senior discount. I also want a apology, I knew you where lying. The toilets all just worked fine, all you were to do is change ring. So I knew better. All the drains and tubs you just worked on worked fine and u didn't think I was smart enough to know. We keep our PLUMBING in good shape I am not even sure you changed the ring. For our inconvenience and your trying to commit fraud compensation on part of bill.

I had an electrician wire up a couple of tankless at the source water heaters and switched a couple of things around, shaun corrected them for me and made them work correctly. [redacted] is very knowledgeable and a huge asset to rooter hero. Thank you very much [redacted].

Technician was very professional while being friendly and informative.

We had a clogged main sewer line on a late Thursday night. Called Rooter Hero Plumbing and [redacted] showed up within 45 minutes. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had the job done in under an hour. Excellent service! We will use them again.

Rooter Hero did a fantastic job. The plumbers were polite and professional and did quality work. They accommodated my OSD tendencies ensuring that everything installed was neat and as low profile as possible. They did not try to up sell me on services and even worked with me on how to do the job as inexpensively as possible. Rooter Hero is going in my phone as my plumber of choice!

Very prompt and courteous from dispatch down to the technician! Second time using them and would again, also their prices are very reasonable.

The issue was resolved quickly and the technician was very polite.

I had a clog in my kitchen sink drain, after trying to unclog it myself And failing I called Rooter Hero. The technician [redacted] showed up, cleaned up my mess, and was able to unclog my drain and explain my problem to me in great detail. He was kind, knowlagible, and extremely helpful.

Jeremy and every member of his team (did not get all their names) did an excellent job. We had a very serious iron-pipe-sewer-collapse that was extremely complex to deal with. It included tearing up the concrete slab floor in a bedroom below which the iron pipe, which was 55 years old, failed. The price to fix was high and the serious inconvenience was unavoidable. But the team did such impressive work that I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
