I had a clog in my kitchen sink drain, after trying to unclog it myself And failing I called Rooter Hero The technician [redacted] showed up, cleaned up my mess, and was able to unclog my drain and explain my problem to me in great detailHe was kind, knowlagible, and extremely helpful

Gilbert M*** is an asset to your company based on the service he rendered to open our clogged kitchen drain Our drain now flows more effectively than it has during the past several years He does his job professionally and in addition is informative about what Rooter Hero can do to enhance our drainage - without being pushy I hope your company has a procedure to reward workers like Gilbert

Dear Revdex.com,We were called out to *** *** home on November 21st at 10:30am We did cable the mainline and charged her $as she had a coupon Her drain line under the house was collapsed and there was extensive water damage to the inside of the homeWe called a restoration company
to come out and do the dry out and removal of the damaged areas in the bathrooms with *** *** permission and agreement It definitely needed to be replaced We never tell client's that Insurance will pay for the plumbing repairs completely, they only pay for damage that was caused by it and access to the area needing repaired.She told the technician and supervisor that were there that she wanted a price to fix all the drains permanently We told her that it would cost approximately $14,to replace all of the lines under her home She said that she would have to finance the work, she was declined for financing and told us that she would borrow the money from her daughter and call us when she had it We never heard from here again until she called and complained that we never gave her a breakdown of the work for her Insurance Company to reimburse her We have called many times and left messages but she has never returned any of our calls.I am not sure what she is complaining about exactly as we did not do any work for her although we would have liked too Her Insurance company probably has they're own company to do the work anyway.Sincerely*** ***Operations Manager

Excellent service. Called and kept be up to date on arrival window. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. Completed work quickly an provided a good explanation of all the work that was completed.

Dear [redacted], In regards to your response.  I have spoken to Mike D[redacted], who is the area manager.  He wants to do what it takes to make this right for you.  He shared with me that there has been no charges to you for anything, he has since fired the technician who came to your home, we had a resoration company out to your home to make the flood repairs. My Service call November 28 2015. Technician Gilbert Extremely thorough and knowledgeable in clearing my drain and possible cause for blockage and recommendation of what to do next with continued problems.

We serviced [redacted] on May 12, 2014.  Invoice #[redacted].  I am not sure why it took him this many months to decide that he wanted his money back and to write a complaint. I am very sorry to here that his experience with our company was negative and that we where not able to fix the...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I am disappointed that the initial tech to performed the work has been terminated.  That was not my intent.  The supervisor to whom I spoke is the one who should have been terminated (I can't remember his name...but was not Paul). I had a conversation with him (more accurately, I attempted to have a conversation with him which in actually was really a shouting match in which he kept interrupting me and speaking over me with total disrespect  to me as a customer). The second tech who was sent out may be the one who should be terminated....he told me the work done by the first tech was not under warranty and tried to "upsell" me to replace a wax ring for the toilet which was totally not the issue.  I had another plumbing company out here and the toilet is working just fine now, no leaks, and no wax ring was needed. Regards,

Sending a technician without notifying me that he is coming is the same as not doing anything.  There was no way for him to get into the property without making arrangements for someone to let him in.  Clearly the conduct shows that customer care is not a concern as the work caused considerable damage and when completed still leaked after supervisor review.  Final attempts to resolve the issue were not made to arrange a technician to arrive when someone was home.  I am not only dismayed at the work done, but mortified at the response after such terrible damage was caused by your company to my home.  Your rating with the Revdex.com should be dropped considerably - not only due to this situation but from the history of complaints lodged against your lack of professionalism and poor work done.

Jose m. came to my home and worked on a clogged sink. He was proffessional, polite , knowlegable,and skilled. I highly recommend this company and its employee. The service was great and the price is affordable. Thank you Mr. Rooter

I had never used a plumbing company before and all I could think of was $$$. Not only were they prompt in arriving, the quote was very doable, and Louie M. was the best. My home was built in the 90's with soft copper pipes used outside from the house to the line. He had a very difficult time getting the soft copper and the proper copper piping to adhere. He was out until well after dark but he wanted to ensure he did his job so that I could have my water turned back on. I was so very impressed with his service and the final cost came in under the quote. I will not hesitate to use this company again in the future.
