I submitted my check, but nobody ever responded to me.  The property manager, Jeremy, was extremely difficult to interact with.  He just kept repeating the same thing over and over without conveying any understanding of the situation.  In addition, his emails were extremely difficult to read because they were filled with grammar errors, incomplete sentences, and words that are not real words in the English language.  In addition, I spoke with Emily K[redacted], who also provided me with horrible customer service.  She was extremely condescending and when I first called to talk about the situation, she told me that she could not help me at that point because 'her computer was off' and she 'wasn't feeling that great'.

Mr. [redacted], We are sorry that you did not enjoy your time living at Polo Run. We feel that we have upheld our responsibilities in the lease. We would like to resolve any outstanding issues that you have. If...

I do want to add though, that had the business just properly communicated information to me from the start, none of this would have been needed. It took numerous emails, calls, and eventually a complaint to the Revdex.com to get any sort of explanation/resolution to the issue and in the end, all that was provided was a weak apology from management. I will not be recommending this apartment to anyone and will although I do not write reviews online, will make an exception for this complex and management. That includes the actual complex, managing partner, complex manager and upper/senior management for lack of involvement when I specifically asked for it.

with her on 11/30/15 I stated that I would be in contact by noon the following
day 12/01/15. I offered my name and contact information and explained to her it
might take me some time to gather the details but I would definitely contact
her as soon as I had an...

call on Monday 11/3/15 and continued to get a “out of service” message when
dialing the number provided.Two digits had gotten
transposed in her phone number which delayed making contact by the noon
commitment. After researching it, I was able call the correct phone number and
inform Ms. [redacted] on 12/03/15 that the Military Discount had been applied and
would be reflected on her ledger promptly. I had also drafted an email.I apologized to Ms. [redacted] for
the breakdown in communication and reassured her that we always strive to
exceed our residents expectations with service. This delay was simply the
result of not having the correct contact information in the message.

What specific issues are being resolved? When will I be receiving my $150 deposit? Was the issue with the cable overcharge for 10 months even looked into? That is a $200 overcharge. Was the issue that an apartment was acting as their own internet and cable provider and allowing only 1 internet service (theirs) and basically only one cable service (theirs) looked into at all? Is that at all legal?

mic I receive the check then I am satisfied. I have been awaiting my refund since I moved out April. If I receive my refund then I will agree. I will await until postman deliver my mail by Monday. October 17, I will respond back.

Mr. [redacted] reported his air conditioner problem for the first time on 6/2/16.  We checked for proper operation of the air conditioner equipment and the ventilation systems to ensure everything was functioning...

properly, and it was.   At this time, we cleaned the condensing unit to maximum air flow.  The work order was closed in [redacted] on 6/8/16.  The work was completed on 6/2/16  but due to new computer transition, we were unable to close it until a few days later.  Mr. [redacted] reported another air conditioner concern on 6/13/16. During maintenance’s inspection, they found a loose wire, which was tightened.  It was also noted on the work order the thermostat was set at 65 degrees and the current temperature at the time was 65 degrees.    The work order was closed on 6/14/16.  There has been no work orders put in since then regarding air conditioner.  On 7/12/16 at approximately 11:15 am, maintenance inspected Mr. [redacted]’s apartment again and found the thermostat to be set at 50 degrees and it was reading 67 degrees, please see attached picture.  There was no repairs made at this time.    We believe Mr. [redacted]’s air conditioner is working properly and there is no repairs that need to be made.  His apartment is on the 2nd floor, highest level, and has vaulted ceilings.  As temperatures rise throughout the day, his air conditioner is working harder, which is why is runs more, but it still providing cold air in his apartment.      Mr. [redacted]’s placed a maintenance work order for his dishwasher on 7/4/16, with our online [redacted] program, it was not received until 7/5/16.  An order was placed with [redacted] on 6/30/16 for 3 replacement dishwashers. We have reserved one of these dishwashers for Mr. [redacted].  As of today, 7/12/16, we have still not received this order.  Once this order is received, we will immediately install his new dishwasher.    We sincerely apologize for customer service he has received from our Business Office.  The Property Manager will now oversee this situation to ensure it is properly handled going forward.

  Tenant stated that she had been having problemswith the air conditioning unit for almost a year. She stated that she had towait several days for maintenance to fix it when the temperature was over 80degrees outside. Ms. [redacted] stated that she was told that this was an old unitand wasn’t guaranteed to work.  Ms. [redacted] stated she believed she wasexpected to keep suffering in the heat while they try different solutions. On behalf of Bavarian Village and Edward Rose & Sons wedo apologize Ms. [redacted] experienced trouble in regards to the air conditioning.After reviewing the history of the apartment, it was found that Ms. [redacted] hascalled in about her air conditioning only three times over the course of the 11months. Every service call was fixed promptly. However, due to theinconvenience, Fast track Mechanical has been scheduled to replace the airconditioning unit in Ms. [redacted]’s apartment on Monday, June 1st,2015.
