Review: Company fails to uphold damage to a new set of tires due to a poor alignment job they provided and failed to offer a receipt upon services rendered.

On 11/3/12 I purchased a new set of tires from this company and 2 days later had an alignment done bye the same company. I was under the impression all the services rendered were on my receipt since I had setup the appointment to align my tires the same time they were installed. It is now, 7/29/13 and my front tires are wearing on the outside crown of the tires and most shops will not reinstall the tires in the case of a repair due to safety issues. These tires have 15,000 mi on them and are being destroyed. When I spoke with the owner on 7/26/13 I know he remembered me cause he addressed my tires by manufacture name before coming outside to visually inspect them. He is also the employee who discounted the alignment to $70.00 for buying the new set of tires. On 7/29/13 I have been hung up on multiple times and told that I cannot prove they did the alignment to my vehicle even though he knows better. As I said before, he was able to acknowledge my tires on my truck without having to come out of his sales floor. Thru out this whole time he wants to put the damage to the tired against a manufacture warranty but it is not a defect; either his machine is out of calibration or his alignment technician made a mistake.

We never had performed the alignment on his truck. We looked the paper work in detail.So We can not offer refund something we never performed in past.

Bad bad bad service. Got an alignment here, wich they prise themselves on with there new machine. Neglected to tell me my pitman arm was worn and my idler arm was loose, but aligned it any way, wast of my money. But whatever I thought to my self I've been here 5 or 6 times before for tires and alignments and all was good maybe they accidentally overlooked it.... Sent my wife down here for a tire (45 minute drive on a bad tire) she showed up and they said they didn't have the tire they told her they had 1 hour before and tried to sell her another one for three times as much. Now I'm starting to see a pattern here defiantly won't be back be advised these people are either getting lazy or sheisty ether way not good. Especially when what you ride on can mean your life.

Review: this business advertises prices that are totally false and there customer service is extremely poor, I felt like I had to be on guard the entire time I was there. I called ahead and asked if the advertised price of $650 for a 20" rim and tire package was true and the voice on the phone said that it was and all I would need is $700 total out the door! no more no less! So I brought $800 to play it safe . when I arrived I was never greeted and looked around for at least 20 mins before I had to venture around the shop area to find a employee. The person I found said that he remembered talking to me on the phone a hour ago and could help me.The rims in the picture from the advertisement were not the ones that were at the sale price ! in fact there was only 2 sets at that price which were the worst looking sets in the whole showroom! already I was disappointed, so I ended up settling for one of the 2 ugly sets!about a hour goes by and the guy comes in with bad news, apparently one of the rims did not match the set and there was no way of fixing this problem, wow! ok so is there another set that I can have? this was a major inconvenience and thought that he would possibly let me choose one now but he now said that they didn't have any more 20" sets that would fit my car? when a hour before there were at least 15 different sets to choose from? Im confused now. he said the best he could do is take it up a size to the 22" which were $940.00 out the door! I said that I only had $800 on me. apparently the $800 wasn't even enough to cover the original set that was quoted at $700 out the door!?? this was a outrage!! I had heard enough and asked to just put my stock rims back on he said that the pressure sensors were off and they would replace them when I came back in for the 22"s I couldn't stand to be there any longer so I just said ok!! then he had the nerve to charge me $80 for labor and I left with my stocks on and a very annoying yellow light on my dash saying "check tire pressure" !!!!Desired Settlement: I want the tire sensors put back on my wheels and I want my $80.00 back also they need to stop with the false advertising Im sure I am not the first

Well . I want to mention that we advertise $650 for tires & wheels package but its not OUT THE DOOR., Lug nuts , tax , installation , valve stem , tpms , re balancing charges will be on top of it . Also there is no such rims is ugly . It may possibility Mr [redacted] don't like some of rims but other person may does. Everyone has their own thinking and choice. Price may vary by year make or model of the car , tire sizing , tire pressure swap , bolt pattern, offset , brand difference, any more customizing etc. So there is no false advertisement. $650 just based price or say starting price of 20" rims with certain tires . Customer must need to get more knowledge of the rims industry.

2nd, AS Mr [redacted] say that he hardly came across $800 for his rims. Sir , NO one force you too buy set of rims & tires if you can not afford them! You should roll your cars on stock rims until you get extra money for rims and tires.
