Ms. [redacted] was contacted by our office in July in regards to a past due debt that we now own. Ms. [redacted] was willing to handle the matter in our office and completed her payments on 8/19/2016 (less than 30 days ago). On 8/19/2016 all documents pertaining to her in house settlement were sent to her via the United States Postal Service. On the cover letter of these documents we advised her that once they were signed and returned to us she would receive her paid in full letter. The documents were sent to the address we have on file, which is the same address listed in her complaint, minus the apartment number which was never provided to us. As of today, 8/29/2016 no return mail has been received. On 8/23/2016 Ms. [redacted] contacted NOT US, but our payment processing company, to advise us that the mail was never received. At that time she provided an email address and requested the documents be sent there instead. On 8/23/2016, an email was sent to Ms. [redacted] using [redacted]. She was again asked to sign and return these documents. As of today, 8/29/216, our records indicate they have not been returned. I am resending these documents to her today to the email address that she provided on 8/23/2016, which also matches the email address on her complaint. Because we own the debt, we will not update to the original credit grantor. However, we do report to all three major credit reporting agencies. This process has already been initiated. only acknowledged the debt but agreed to a settlement in order to pay off the debt at a reduced amount. At [redacted]’s request he was provided with the settlement agreement in writing. At that time, [redacted] provided us with paymentinformation. The payment information he placed on file was declined by his financialinstitution. [redacted]’s desired settlement states he wants no further contact by our business. That is fine.We have removed all of [redacted]’s contact information and he will not be contacted again. He further states that we have a responsibility to cease collection efforts for “none existing accounts”. He is correct. However, this is NOT a “none existing account”. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This company is full of lies, How would I have the docket number and
Federal numbers that they gave me. They never spoke with my husband
about this, so them saying they did is a lie. When they called me and
said they wanted to do a three way on the phone with my bank, I didn't
understand why??? We were not trying to get double the money back. They
asked me if they could call me back, I said yes, And at that time they
kept asking me the same question in three or four different ways. I just
hung up. I did my research on this account and it has been paid to [redacted]. So to me they were trying to get paid twice. I never ever said we
owed the debt, I told them I didn't know of the debt and we pay our
bills. This company made threats and should be looked at by the
government for their practices. Of threats and lies. This company needs
to leave us alone, or we will head to court. I know you said
don't put private information on here, but they said they did not give
me docket # and Federal # (Docket # for [redacted] County [redacted]) Federal
Clearance # [redacted]) Federal Government ID # [redacted]) So how would I
have this info???

Ms. [redacted] was contacted by our office with regards to a severely past due debt. As she has stated in her complaint the account was OPENED in 2007 and payments were. made for several years before she stopped. We did cnntact every telephone number that was attached to Ms. [redacted]...

file, but did not at any time, disclose her indebtedness to anyone. When she finally did contact us, she offered to pay only $20.00 a month. We did explain to Ms [redacted] that the previous agency attempted to work with her regarding a small monthly payment plan; but because she did not take advantage of It at that time, the full balance was now being requested. We also did advise her we would be willing to work with her on a financial hardship settlement, but she refused and ended the call with our representative. According to Ms. [redacted] complaint, we have violated "HIPPA" laws? It is my understanding that HIPAA laws pertain to healthcare /medical situations therefore It does not apply to our company regulations.In an attempt to appease Ms. [redacted] all telephone numbers have been removed from her file and she will receive no further contact from our office.Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.Thank you,Ms. K[redacted]

My gut tells me this is a scam they received 1222.81 for an over due PayPal account from 2004 from what I can remember I only owed then a couple hundred dollars. First they wanted 2450.60 I can't afford these amounts I looked it up on the internet I seen they have only been open in New York sense June I don't know what too do can someone please contact me to tell me this is a ligament Revdex.com business thank you so so so very much
