Our technician Brian, was very friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly, he was honest. Probably my only complaint was the price of the materials, but it didn’t really matter because I was expecting a bill in the same end price. The other problem was the customer service person not returning my call after I spoke to the after hours call taker, which work out in my favor when I got squeezed in earlier than I would have. Overall I’m very satisfied with Roth and more than likely use them again.

I was trying to install Nest thermostat and I did something wrong during the installation steps. Because of this, the HVAC system wouldn't come up even if I use my old thermostat.

I called Brian and he was super quick to identify the problem with my HVAC system. He knew in the first 60 seconds I described the issue and he fixed the problem in no time OVER THE PHONE! I waited for 4 days to troubleshoot myself. I should've just called Brian earlier.

He was very patient to answer all my questions, and prompt to answer my calls and text messages. Brain told me I have a blown fuse and advised me to check few things over the phone before I pay him for this visit.

I really appreciate Brian's professionalism and his knowledge for the HVAC system. Thank you very much for your excellent customer service and I definitely recommend him for any HVAC related work. You helped me save time and $200-$250. THANK YOU!

Stan S provided excellent customer service. I had a new house built and for 1 1/2 years the local plumber that installed it wouldn't fix it. I would take 5-8 minutes to get hot water from my tankless heater. Stan showed up and instantly knew it was installed incorrectly. He ordered parts, fixed it and for the first time I have hot water in 5 seconds. I am very grateful!

Can't say enough about Jim M. from Roth Heating & Cooling. We had him give our A/C unit (which we purchased from them) a spring check-up. He also checked our furnace, filters, etc. Great guy, professional and friendly. Our golden retriever wouldn't leave him alone, the best reference!

Joel and his wingman, Josh, did a superb job installing our new furnace. Location was in attic, and these professionals got the new furnace in place without a scratch on walls and avoided any damage to furnace. They did as well removing old unit. They kept at it and did an impressive job in one long day. Working fine. These professionals are why we've been Roth customers for 11 years and counting. We also have semi-annual maintenance to keep our HVAC working dependably.

Rick B., Roth technician, serviced our heating and cooling units. He went the extra mile in terms of explaining system efficiencies, needs and recommendations. Rick was friendly and conscientious. He even rolled up my hose after cleaning the A/C unit. A big overall thanks for excellent work and great customer service.
