We called Roth Heating, Cooling and Plumbing for a water heater problem. Shawn P. came out and diagnosed our unit (turns out it was dead and needed to be replaced). He gave us numerous options, explained them all, with no pressure to select anything specific. After our selection he was able to get the replacement unit and get it installed that afternoon. We were impressed by his professional manner and efficiency for this project.
We would certainly recommend Roth Plumbing and Shawn P. specifically to anyone.

Mitch B. & Tim B. were here on Tuesday to install a new furnace and cooling unit. Both men were very courteous and helpful explaining what and how they were doing things. I've been a customer of Roth for about 20 years and have them service my furnace and A/C every year and am happy with their work.

I was very happy with the service provided. I called with a specific problem. Service technician Brett D showed up on time, explained the process to determine the cause of the problem. He continually communicated his process. The heating/cooling system was systematically checked out and the findings clearly communicated.
The repairs were completed timely and efficiently.
I certainly will use Roth again and would request Brett D as the Service Technician to be sent to our home!!

A routine service appointment morphed into a more complicated task. Technicians, Dustin and Brandan, used their knowledge and diagnostic skills to determine the cause. They kept me updated and informed through the process. I highly recommend the hard working employees of Roth Heating & Cooling.

While I know there are other heating and cooling companies out there, I don't know why anyone would use anyone but Roth! Last year, we had our 30-year-old gas furnace replaced by Roth, and it has been nothing but fantastic. A friend, on the other hand, had her furnace replaced by someone other than Roth, and in the first three months, it quit working four times(!) on the coldest days of the year! Plus she had to wait for them to come out and fix it, and even then, they did it wrong!

With Roth, I don't have to worry about that, plus I joined their homeowners club, which gives me two service calls a year, 20% off repairs, and priority scheduling (don't quote me, but I think that's the deal). Well worth the money! Today I had my spring tune-up for the furnace and A/C, and was lucky enough to get not just one but two great service techs, Dan and Bob. They were both really nice and knowledgeable and did a great job. Unbeknownst to my husband and I, the pump on our A/C died last summer (yes, there was water leaking, but we thought it was condensation from the absurdly hot weather), so Dan and Bob replaced it with a new and much better one. I'm glad they could do it while they were here; it was much more convenient for me.

I'm not a HVAC professional, so I like that I can trust the people at Roth. They explain things to me in terms I can understand and I feel good about working with them. I don't even run repairs by my husband when they need done, as he and I both know we can trust Roth. If they say it needs to be done, it needs to be done, simple as that!

Brett D is a very professional heating/cooling tech. I appreciate his experience and integrity. He takes the time to explain his findings in a language that is easy to understand. Brett is extremely knowledgeable about the products, how they work (or don't work). Roth is lucky to have him on their team!

We received prompt, efficient, professional and courteous service from Mitch and his team of installers of our new air conditioning unit. Mitch was thorough in his explanation of the process and invited our questions and input. He provided updates of progress throughout the installation. We received careful and patient tutoring in how to use the new thermostat and care for the system. They checked an issue with the furnace that was a recheck of service to the furnace the previous week. They left everything tidy at the end of the day. Mitch informed that they would register the AC unit with Lennox and arranged for city inspection. Very satisfied!

Sam L. and the whole Roth crew installed a replacement furnace, AC and zone controllers, a 3-day event, and the heat was left on each night. They were professional, hard-working, courteous, friendly, laid down pathway sheets to contain dirt from their shoes as they moved about the home, and cleaned up after they were done. In the end, the controllers were explained and everything is working fine and we are completely satisfied with the products and the work.

We recently had our Roth Heating specialist visit for our 6-month preventive maintenance check. As always, Mike H was knowledgeable and efficient. He explained all the services that he provided, discussed any concerns as well as potential enhancements that are available for our existing system. He was friendly, courteous, and respectful. He is a positive reflection of the type of service - and service technicians - that we’ve come to expect from Roth. Great job!

Our furnace had to be replaced in February, during that really cold spell. Chris did a great job getting the new unit installed properly and quickly. I was sorry that he had to work in that 31 degree weather but he never complained. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old unit. No complaints.

Everyone on the Roth team was outstanding! Very helpful and competent. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting with all of them and they answered any questions that I had. I would highly recommend them!
