Dear Revdex.com, I am writing you in response to complaint ID [redacted] We have found that our replacement of a sump pump at this residence was warrantedOur company received a call regarding Several issues at this home on February 13, Upon arriving we conducted our initial evaluations and found that we needed to make a repair to an expansion valve on the water heater, as well as replacing the sump pump We clearly explained this to our customer and presented them with pricing option for the repairsUpon receiving approval from our customer my technician completed the two separate repairsWe installed a V 1/HP [redacted] Sump Pump, - % inch pyc check valve, and couplingWe use [redacted] pumps because we feel as though [redacted] makes some of the best pumps in the businessI can understand your uneasiness with having had a recent problem but I would like to make you aware that we provide a one year warranty on the pump installation We also provide and month warranty on the water heater repairIf you have any issues during this time please do not hesistate to contact usIt is of our opinion that the new sump pump installed in your home is a much better product than the unitthat was not working and was ultimately replaced.RegardsCalvin WGeneral Manager

Roto - Rooter's previous response to this complaint remains the sameIn response to Mr [redacted] 's recent response - we do not have set hours in which a technician would end his work day - they work until their service calls for the day are finishedWe do not have any record of either Mr [redacted] or Mr [redacted] calling back about further problems, nor do our secretaries recall any issuesAs for being placed on hold for an extended amount of time - if customer did call - why did he not hang up & call back? If we did receive a call, we would have gladly sent a technician out for a re-check- there is a year guarantee on work performed as per their 7/26/invoiceIf a different problem was diagnosed, we would have done the repair at a discounted priceThe invoice from 7/26/was signed by Mr [redacted] that work was completed to the customer's satisfaction

I am rejecting this response because: After adviseing Mr*** of the ongoing problem with stopage, he then contacted another technician to come out and diagnose the issue which was correct as I stated I personally spoke to a receptionist at the Rotor Rooter Company and advised her also of the continued problem prior to having the new technician snake the Line going to the street The receptionist became irate and combative when I advised her that I wanted a refund to settle this dispute or I would repot the matter thee " Revdex.com ", I was placed on hold for some time causeing my complaint and request by them to becom null and void They were paid quality money for quality service which was not performed in a professional manner espcially when I believed the work was done properly. Rotor Rooters technician did not address the complaint as I had advised him that their was a stoppage or clogg in the toilet .Accepting the Rotor Rooter"s Tech's verbage that he was off at three p.mwas UnacceptableI along with Mr*** stand by my assertion of tending this same complaint to Consumer Affairs , may be, they can bring about a satisfactory conclusionBoth entities "Revdex.com" and " Consumer Affairs " have an obligation to know the truth , and I beleive you won't stop until you get it

I do not recommend this jeweler for any type of repairMy wedding ring was repaired in July and within a month the “gold” began chipping awayTheir resolution was to charge me for the repair again or sell me a replacement ring, of course, but who wants that? Shoddy, questionable workmanship and even worse customer serviceBuyer beware: They do not warranty their workThis long-time customer will go elsewhere and I recommend you do tooDisappointed

We have been in our house since late We've gotten estimates from a couple of tree services but they did not follow throughNeighbors recommended Madison Tree Care/LandscapingThey were prompt with providing a quote but were weeks out in scheduling So they were able to do the work for us this week (early April 2018)We had two trees that were in bad need of thinning of smaller branches, clearing of dead branches, etcThe trees trimmed are situated in my garden, so I knew that it was going to be tricky to not do some damage to other landscape plantsI am extremely happy with the results! The trees look great and if there was any damage done to other plantings, I don't see itThe technicians arrived on time, did their work skillfully, and cleaned up beautifully

I talked to this customer and we refunded her the $she wanted and she is happy now if you'd like to contact her, thanks Jerry

Jesse was my service guy Nice, good manners, explained everything I just needed a faucet replaced in my tub Simple enough, however, it cost me $and that was with a coupon I could get new tires for that Here's the thing, I'm not a plumber, I can't do the job, none of my friends know how to do it either so I have to pay $for someone to do it So I didI asked Jesse...."why so much?"...he said thats the fee in the "book"......ok....maybe the book needs re-adjusted He was at my house for a few minutes, left to go get the part, came back and put the part in the faucet.....maybe a total of an hour, hour and a half tops That's a lot of dough an hour Jesse was great! Glad the leak is fixed so I don't get a huge water bill from TMWA to go with the huge bill from Rotor-Rooter The flip side to this is that I called a handy man that could do this job for $100.00, but it was cash only, no credit card......and no guarantee So, there you have it Let me finish by saying, I didn't get a new faucet, just the part that went into the faucet........ugh!

We were extremely pleased with the stonework that Lobo Stonework completed. They were very professional to deal with and their work was excellent. They came when they said they would and completed the work when they said they would. They were very tidy and left absolutely no mess behind. Even sodding the edges against the stone when they were finished. They even did more than was asked of them. They charged exactly what was quoted and did not ask for any money until the job was done and we were happy with their work.
Excellent company to work with. I have recommended them to many of our friends/family.
