This was the worst online experience I have ever dealt with. I ordered my brother a "don't tread on me" frame to hold his guns in. It came in with a stupid snake on the front and black when the picture was blue and was completely different. I understand they're not all gonna be the same but at least try or ask me if I want a stupid snake on it. Now his daughter is terrified to walk in the house knowing it has a snake on it. It says 6-8 weeks and months later I recieved it. It was put in the box wet so the paint was completely screwed up as well as it fits one gun not the amount promised. I emailed them and months later I am still waiting for a reply.. I have called and still waiting for an answer! Don't waste your money here!
I ordered a wooden flag from them. It is beautiful! I love it! They answered all my questions within hours of me emailing them, they also made sure it was here for Christmas. When the process was delayed they sent it fed ex over night. I would recommend this company to everyone!
I ordered a lamp with a place to put a hand gun. This order was made on August 1st, with of course the money taken out of my account. It is now November 8th, I have yet to see my order or get any kind of responce from the company. I will be going to the bank to report fraud. And of course there is no phone number to call and when I did call the number I could find on the internet, I was hung up on.
We ordered a US flag wall mounted concealed gun case in November. The website and follow up email let us know that it would be 6-8 wks. It took a couple of weeks longer, but I had emailed the company and they were very nice and let us know when to expect it. They were apologetic for the delay. We received it and love it. It is good quality and looks great. It is better than we expected.
Well, I was very pleased with the end result with my dealings with Ashley of RCRF. I placed an order at end of Feb 16' and recieved product by end of May 16'. A product with a suggested delivery of 6-8 wks. I emailed Ashley on several occasions begining week 9. Ashley did her best to respond weather it be an hr to a few days, but nonetheless still responded. I'll beat honest, I did get a lil frustrated and and made it clear. At no point did I feel she ignored me. They are a small family business that was moving and feeling the growing pains a business tends to deal with when making a product in such demand, I did lose sight of that a few times. Ashley and the staff at RCRF deserve to have a little compassion, they are not a corporate business and should not be treated as one. A lil compassion and respect went a long way. Needless to say they addressed the problems and handled them in an "above and beyond" manner. I plan to make future purchases as my pocket allows with the understanding of what custom built to order means for a small business...not manufactured. I have and will continue ro promote and recommend their fine product with an added brief to time and patience to friends and those alike. If you can be patient, communicate any problems and concerns you will be pleased you did, I know I am very pleased and thankful.
My grandson ordered two concealed handgun flag pieces that hang on the wall. One was the American Flag in red and white while the other one was a grey/ white with a blue stripe. He knew the order was going to take about 6-8 weeks.
The red and blue one was received right on schedule as stated. When the second one didn't arrive I placed a phone call and then sent an email to the company. Within 24 hours we received an email back asking us to give them the order number. We did, and the next day we received another email stating the second product was shipped.
The second one arrived today. Yes, it was about three weeks past due; however, we are most pleased with the products and the service from this company.
I ordered 2 concealment shelves in late Nov. '15. I had been seeing their ads all over Facebook and absolutely loved the pieces! Because it was so close to the holidays, I assumed they had received a large number of orders so I was expecting the shelves to be delivered closer to the 8 weeks of the stated 6-8 week delivery time. 8 weeks came & went so I sent an email. They were VERY fast at responding to emails as well as Facebook messages. As we all know, sometimes things can fall between the cracks. And it seems when one thing goes wrong, it becomes a domino effect through to the end. I dealt with multiple people throughout the transaction and each person was courteous, apologetic & professional. I found out through the course of my interaction with them that they had actually grown rather quickly and moved into a new facility. I am assuming this played a part in the issues with my order.
I was definitely frustrated, but tried to remember that they are a still a family owned/run business with a great backstory. Just regular folks making a go of a passion. And doing a great job of it!
Long story short, towards the end I was dealing with Annie (whom I believe is the wife of the owner?) and she got everything straightened out. I could tell she was as frustrated as I was and she made sure the order was completed & sent out very quickly after she was brought up to speed. The product I received is gorgeous & is definitely amazing quality! I will be ordering more from them and will suggest friends & family do the same.

I ordered a concealment mirror the first half of December 2015 as a Christmas gift. I presented a photograph of the mirror to my husband in lieu of the mirror as the same had a 10-12 week processing time, putting us to at the very latest March 12th. Well, the $400 was debited from my account the same day I ordered the product. Today, On May 10th, almost 2 months overdue, I still don't have my product. When I email them, on the occasions I get a response, I am told that it is in processing or it will come in two weeks, I will check on it or it is coming next week. During this process, I demanded a refund of the $50 shipping fee, which they gave me. When I dared complain about the delay, they quickly told me I could have a refund. I told them I didn't want a refund, I wanted my item. Today, I emailed them and told them if I didn't get a date of delivery I was going to contact the Revdex.com and/or commence litigation. Their response: we are giving you a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Half way through this experience, they told me in an email in sum and substance that they cannot keep up with the workload and don't have the staff to manage the work. They are benefiting off of social media outpouring of support of our 2nd Amendment rights. AGAIN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. You will not get your product. They will take your money. And, you will disappoint any person who you gift their products to --like my husband who is a Veteran and a police officer and has been waiting since Christmas morning for his $400 gift. LAST WARNING --DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They take money from hard working American's and don't deliver on their promises. I contacted the Attorney General's office tonight too. You should too.
I ordered the large concealment flag, and while it took a couple extra weeks to receive my flag, I am very pleased with it. If you are thinking about one, you will not be disappointed, just plan a little extra time to receive it.

I purchased an American flag with a hidden compartment. The flag is beautiful and the craftsmanship awesome. Very well made and hangs on my bedroom wall where it is easily accessed. I would definitely buy from them again.
I ordered one lamp over well over a month ago. I got an email that said that I would receive it mid January. I emailed back and said if they can't guarantee that it would be here by December 19th to please cancel my order. They emailed it back and guaranteed it would so I kept my order. On December 16th I asked where it was. The said they would ship it that day and I would have it before Christmas. I told them they guaranteed it by the 19th (the following Monday) and I still have to wrap the gift and get it shipped to Florida (I live in WI). I asked for the tracking number on the 20th. No response. I asked for it again on the 21st, they said it would arrive after Christmas now. They are liars, they don't hold true to their word, they don't care about their customers, and all and all a terrible company.

I was told the quantity was missed on the order and they would ship the other flag. I decided I would rather have the deluxe home defense concealment flag instead. I emailed the company to request an upgrade. They said it was no problem. I paid the difference through an online invoice and the order shipped right out. I received the upgraded flag a week later! I love both of our flags. Very solid, sturdy craftsmanship. I would definately recommend this product to everyone!

But, I know how online reviews go and how a few disgruntled folks can distort things. Thus, I decided to stick it out and give 'em a chance. I am glad I did.
What I ended up receiving was a beautiful and well constructed bedroom set that had been meticulously packed for shipment. It was exactly the kind of rustic/simple furniture that fits my personality. I am tickled.
We like most people saw all the furniture on social media and loved what was posted. We decided on a bed with drawers and called them to make the order.. They told us bed orders were running about 12 - 15 weeks. Okay, this was custom work so we went ahead and paid for the bed and waited. 20 weeks went by and no updates. Several emails went by and at 22 weeks we finally received a response. They informed us they were behind on orders and were expecting to ship in the next 6-7 weeks. We started looking at all the reviews and noticed this is the same story others have received. When told 6-7 weeks this usually meant another 12-15 weeks. Others have mentioned quality control was an issue. This would seem applicable since they are so far behind in orders. Sorry this is not a business you want to participate with. Yes, they did refund our order and not with the credit card we sent but a personal check. Hopping it will clear, if not I will be back to update and file. Until they are able to manage their work load they should be cut off.

I got nervous though because my payment was processed but I never received any kind of order confirmation. I was starting to worry that it would not get here in time for Christmas. I contacted the company and was provided the info I requested. My order arrived today and it is gorgeous. I can't wait to see my boyfriend's face when I give it to him!

After that time I emailed and was told 7-10 days. That time passed so I emailed again and was told it would be shipped that week. That did not happen so I emailed yet again and again it was not shipped out. I began to wonder if I would ever get my product. The concealment flag was ordered for my new husbands first valentine's gift and I was assured it would be here in time. It was not. This was planned months in advance and ruined my plans. Very disappointing!! I believe the only reason it was shipped was because I told them if it was not shipped within the next week I wanted a refund. When I did get my flag I was a little disappointed with the quality. It was put together with staples instead of screws or nails and the door of it did not line up right with the frame..it was off set some. :(

I placed an order for a concealment bed set, I asked prior if the set would be done prior to an august wedding as this set was a gift. I was reassured it would. I emailed for updates, the update I got was it was 105 business days and wont be done till September. Ok, fine. I have already waited this long, what is another month. I email them close to my estimated time to get an update, they email back saying they are behind on orders its now november, so basically they keep pushing back the date. I was told will ship november 25, I email to get an update close to the time, they say it wont ship until 11/28 due to thanksgiving being the week of the 25, so low and behold, I email monday for a tracking number and they tell me that freight has to pick it up still. Fighting with this company back and forth through emails, they tell me freight will pick it up on thursday. SO we shall see if this is the case or if its going to keep being pushed back. They offered us a free concealment flag due to the issues, I requested an update on that because 2 months went by and we never got it. they said it would be shipped asap, and sent a tracking number. I would check the tracking and it never shipped for over a week. After hounding them about that, Finally it did ship & I have no complaints about the flag, its a pretty awesome pieces. BUT I honestly wish this company would be up front and honest with their customers instead of playing games with them. HORRIBLE customer service, having to keep requesting information about my product, they will not email you to update you, you have to email them. They usual would always respond. SO far my experience with this company has been an absolute disaster. If I would have read these reviews prior to ordering I most certainly would not have ordered. I NEVER leave reviews on anything and I wish I did not have to leave this review, but im stating my experience and hope it prevents a lot of what we have went through. This company's pieces are beautiful from what I can see, I just wish our experience had been better. I will update with a review once we receive our order (IF WE EVER DO) on if it was worth this long wait or not. We DO NOT want a refund, we want our product.

Their confirmation email stated that this could take "Approximately 6 to 8 weeks or 28-42 BUSINESS DAYS for Concealed Compartment Patriotic Flags, Rapid Response Inserts AND SIGNS". And also depending on how back ordered they were. It's now been 8 months. I had also sent an email to them with my confirmation number saying that I was moving and needed to change my address (this was sent on Jun 7th WELL before the estimated delivery date) and I got NO response back saying the order address had been changed or anything. I was really trying to give the benefit of the doubt to this company because it's a small business, but I didn't expect it to be like this.
