We regret that [redacted] is not being very responsible in her dealings with the Motel businesses and other patrons who have gave her freely of their heart to help her but got stabbed in the backIn this case as we are being confronted, in our eyes and mind this matter is closed and not open for any further discussion or debateAs a reminder, u were properly dealt with within the confines of motel laws and codesU r not getting free stay here and u are permanently 86ed off this propertyNow, please if u can find it somewhere in ur very limited scope of thinking to do the right thing, to please leave town before the police hunt u down and arrest you for all of the conning u have done and the con that u are.If anyone was to owe it would be you paying us for the 500$ u owe us for all the damage u did to our roomBut we are not coming after u because u are so poor and disabled as you stated in ur previous letterU would never be able to give it or pay us what u oweStop what u are doing and get some kind of life because the one u are living is definitely not working for uWE R DONE HERE!!!! Please be informed that Mr& Mrs [redacted] booked nights with special rate They checked in on 11/12/at pm the special rates are non-refundable and Mr [redacted] signed days non-refundable agreement He complaints to Front Desk around pm that there is cochroaches in the room The Front Desk Staff offered him a different room but he refused On 11/13/he reported the same complaints to management He agreed to pay night and accept nights refund, accordingly night $refunded to his credit card The regular adults cost + tax on games/events Therefore, full refund does not arise.However, Mr [redacted] now complaint to you and asking for refund full amount, this does not make sense As a Hotel policy always charges for night even customer do not show up or do not stay.Nevertheless, we are committed to our customer satisfaction, we would provide 25% discount on Mr [redacted] 's next stay at our Hotel Please ask him to contact us whenever, he needs a accommodation in Columbia.We trust and hope that this resolve the matter

We had our home built in December Two years later we are still trying to get repairs doneCraig and Adam are two of the most unprofessional contractors I have ever metThey continually lie to us on when the work will be completedThe subcontractors they hire are either worthless.....or really good (but they don't get paid, per several contractors themselves) For two years I have pages of emails and text messages from them backing up my complaintsThe last subcontractor that came to my house actually told me Adam and Craig said I hated men and was very difficult to work withReally? I'm probably difficult because I've been dealing with dishonesty, disrespect, and ignorance for two yearsAt one point, Craig told us we were vindictive and he would not finish our homeThis because they didn't get the septic complete and had to hire it out to get pumpedApparently he claims we intentionally filled itWe are a household of fourIt needed to be pumped at least once a weekAgain, how professional is this? I'm praying others will read this complaint/review and stay away from Silver Creek HomesPay a little extra for someone else and not have to deal with these two jokers

I’m complaining because I have receipts showing my paymentsEvery week I have been harassed saying I owe different amountsThe owner has called my friends and asked for moneyMy weekly payment was $*** a weekBut each week I was told I owe $*** or $***It was never the sameI asked for papers showing how much I owe but papers have never been providedI have also complained about the mice in my room and the roaches and mold in my bathroomAnd moth has been downI have major health issues dealing with the mold and roaches and ratsI have pictures showing the miceI have shown him the actual mice but keeps harassing me about moneyI know I have paid my weekly rent on time and the harassment is now causing me even more health and stress issues

Mr*** D *** booked and paid for a room for month w.e.fOctober 2017. He stayed nights and checked out on October 2017, he complaint that some girls knock his door. He reserved a room in 1st floor. It is a out-door property. However, we told him to move him
to 2nd or 3rd floor room, where stranger will not be ableto disturb him but he refused and left.Mr*** had signed a Rental Agreement which clearly staed that there will not be any refund, the reason it is a discounted rate. Please find copy of Rental Agreement. However, please ask Mr*** to bring his credit card to get the refundThank you and appreciated your concerned

I'm so sorry to hear about this however I sold this business in October I wish I could help but I have nothing to do with this business

I enjoyed everyone working on my house with Silver Creek Homes, they are always professional and courteous, no matter what the size of the project.

The estimates are very clear, so there is no misunderstanding between the home owner and Silver Creek Homes. I really like having what is covered, and what is not covered spelled out.

I dont know of any other construction company in town that does an annual customer satisfaction survey. It is obvious that they care about customer service

They are irresponsible, uncaring of customers and do not have the financial ability to complete homes. They hire incompetent contractors and ignore their customers. When they do communicate with customers, they lie. Their favorite line is "next week, it will be done next week" You go to check and no one has been on the site for two to three weeks. Rain comes in houses and repairs are not made to keep it from happening while getting ready for customer. If anyone ever asked, me, their customer in Bridgeman Michigan, or Cassopolis Michigan they would tell that person to run!
