I am rejecting this response because:
As you can tell by their response,they are not a legitimate business owner....

Stating that I am disabled is None of their business!! They're entire response will be forwarded to the Richfield Chamber of commerce. They pleaded for me to sell them the puppy because they could make $ selling her to a tenant. And then kept pleading for me to sell one of my own. The entire reason I called the police was so he could take pics and confirm that I left the room in spotless condition.The unlawful charges and NOT on my contract with them. I want the entire amount returned immediatelySincerely,

Review: The motel is not as clean as it could be for one, they advertise they have free WiFi and phones in the rooms. We paid for a week to stay and the room we previously had was extra small so I had to pay another fee to be moved to a bigger room that has no phone and the actual wall outlet doesn't work and then free WiFi is nonexistent! We asked and asked them about these matters and not only can you not understand what they are saying but they could care less as long as they got the excessive amount I paid for a weeks worth of trash!!Desired Settlement: If I or another family member ever need to stay here I want to make sure if they say they have phones and WiFi for it to actually work!! I feel I should he refunded an inconvenience fee offers some type.
