As you know there are two sides to every story. I find it hard to believe anyone refused to get Ms*** the information she was requesting. In fact the information has been mailed to her. It is not within our standard operating procedures to email confidential information and
our lending software is not compatible with internet access Incidentally, a receipt is mailed to Ms*** each and every time she makes a payment. This receipt clearly outlines how the payment was applied (ie late charges vs balance) and includes her new balance. You see she has had this information all along.Nonetheless, I understand *** has spoken with Ms*** again today confirming an account activity screen was in fact mailed

As you know there are two sides to every story. Ms*** did come to us for a loan on January 1, 2017, however; Ms*** has made absolutely no payments what so ever towards her debt. When a customer does not make their payment(s), collection calls must begin As far as the
other allegations being brought forth in Ms***'s complaint, our office manager and staff adamantly deny all. References were called only a few times as Ms***'s voice mail was full, not allowing us to leave a message. No one from our office has gone to her place of employment and as far as the number called for emergency maintenance, it was obtained from the employer's answering machine message system.Regardless, please be advised we have marked Ms***'s account to not receive any further telephone communication of any kind from our office. This in no way forgives any debt owed, only that telephone call will cease. Tell us why here

I am rejecting this response because:
As your document shows there were payments made in September 7th and 23rdpayments were due at the end of every monthI made the extra payment to reduce amount of interest on the loanThe extra payment check which came back insufficient was actually an extra paymentThe October Payment which would have been due at the end of October was brought in on 11/There is no way 10/to 11/equates to days late? That would be at best days lateCame in on 11/and actually paid the extra payment in September and also October paymentPaid the December payment on 12/even though it wasn't due till December 30thJanuary payment was due on 1/and it was paid 2/again which translates to days lateThe payments were due at the end of each month so I don't understand why they are calculating from pay date to pay date
Even if we go from the 23rd which was the day the loan was initiated you will still come out to days late in January and not still days late

I am rejecting this response because:Yes, there are two sides to every storyI did admit, this account was charged-off and I did pay the account in full I have attachments documents showing this accountAs you stated, you only report to ExperianMy attachment show information on my Transunion credit report, which shows my account as opened and days past dueIf you only report to Experian, then how did information get on my Transunion credit report? Yes, I look forward to my account being updated correctly and properlyThank you for your response.

I am rejecting this response because:Dear *** ***: I spoke with you moments ago regarding the follto the conditioned acceptance of Royal Management's response I called the store (locally dba Star Loan) today and learned that my business record with them had indeed been corrected to reflect a paid in full account However, the DO NOT LEND AGAIN notation has not been removed That was a part of my desired settlement Star Loan reported that they had no authority to remove anything without communication from the corporate office I do trust that they will follow up on this immediately as it can be accomplished in a matter of minutes, perhaps even seconds I should not be treated as an unwelcome customer when every one of these issues emanated from their internal problems I am sorry to again involve you in this but it is a matter of justice Since they do not know (nor do I) the name of the person who responded to my complaint, they are not inclined to call the Texas headquarters. As you know, you have received only the version being presented by Mr*** Unfortunately, this has escalated to something more than what should be handled through this venue. Therefore, my only response is that the account has been paid

Thank you for bringing this to our attention We take all complaints very seriously and due to the nature of the allegations, I consulted with the President of our company for counsel.We have thouroughly researched the account and all allegations being brought forth by *** ***
Please be advised that we have corrected all records to reflect a paid in full account Additionally, we have updated her credit bureau reporting with Experian (the agency we use for credit reporting) to reflect a paid in full account with an outstanding payment history I am told this update with take about 10-days to actually show.I would also like to take this opportunity to apologize for the misunderstanding and inconvenience that *** *** had to experience If you need anything further please feel free to contact us

I am rejecting this response because: the message sent to me is correct in part, that is, they did correct my credit reports last fall although some of the bureaus still show a 60-70 point loss because of their error, then a rebound of the same amounts.  In other words, the effect of their error on my past reports still shows on the score trend line.  Also, to their credit, they ARE entering into business with me and not punishing me for their error.  I have already made one payment on my "new business" with them and will be going in today to make a second payment.  Despite their errors of last spring (2014), they have "made me whole" as of January 2015.

We agree that the loan is paid in full.  However, we do not agree that all payments were made timely.
A review of the payment history reflects an NSF check was issued in September 2010 and not rectified until November 2010.  Thereby making this payment late.
Additonally, we did not...

receive a payment in the month of January 2011, making a second late payment.
Please let me know if you need anything further.

Please be advised that Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] have spoken with each other.As requested, Ms. [redacted] will no longer receive collection calls from our office. However, she has also been advised that we make these calls to help the customer avoid late fees.  She is aware of her due dates and...

that she is completely responsible for her payments being made in a  timely manner.   We will make no further collection calls.

I have just been informed that the actions previously taken with [redacted]'s account were not satisfactory to [redacted].  Unfortunately there were multiple mis-communications and delays in repairing her account.  However; we have corrected and updated all her information to include payments and credit reporting.While history has taught us that it is best for both parties to not enter into any future transactions, we can assure [redacted] that this internal reference is not part of any public record.

As you know there are two sides to every story, thank you for the opportunity to reply accordingly.This account was opened in March 2013.  As the contracted payments were not kept, we had no other choice but to file suit in October 2013.On May 26, 2015 the branch office did in fact receive...

payment in full.  Alhtough we only report to Experian and on a monthly basis, I am sure her credit bureau reporting will be updated at that time to reflect the payment in full which has been made.Please let me know if you need anything further.?
