I am rejecting this response because:I was told that the account would be DELETED from my credit report. It has been updated to paid but I was told that when I paid this debt, it Would be removed completely from my credit report.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I will, however, be checking the store records again in a few days to be certain that I am a welcome customer, that may records are in good customer order, and that, should I choose, I can do business again with that store.  If that is not the case, I will contact you again.  I am reluctant to close this case right now until I can ascertain that they have done the correct and honorable things.  You would have to know first-hand what they put me through for months earlier this year in order to understand my skepticism.  It was all a mistake on their part that they stubbornly refused to accept their own documents.  Thank you for your diligence in this matter and your speedy response.

Thank you for the oportunity to repond.  As you know there are always two sides to every story.I personally spoke with Mr. [redacted], our Vice-President, regarding this.  Yes he has been traveling and therefore not in our corporate offices, but he was able to assure me that he did return...

calls to Mr. [redacted] on several occasions. We received Mr. [redacted]'s payment in full on 09/26/2016.  At the request of Mr. [redacted], our reporting department processed a special update with Experian to speed up the process of the payment being reflected on Mr. [redacted]'s credit report.  Upon receipt of this communication, we pulled a "bullseye" of his Experian credit report and it shows the account paid. Please let me know if you need anything further.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not agree there were any late payments. Please scan and send a detailed statement showing when I made all payments so it will be clear for all to see. Even though I realize this item will fall off anyway in 1 more year(7 year statute) it's still wrong to place wrong information on a credit report without showing PROOF when it is requested.
