Royal Shuttle

I will never use Royal Shuttle again. They left us waiting at the airport for 2 hours. I called numerous times and heard nothing but excuses.

When they finally showed up the van sounded like it was about to die. After picking 2 other party's on the way to the cruise ship the driver had to pull into a gas station because the gauges on the van showed the van was over heating. The driver put some water in the over fill for the radiator and decided to continue our journey from [redacted] to the cruise ship.

When we got back on the highway we could not go above 50 miles per hour. We pulled over on the highway again because the van was over heating again. Also the van only had 1/8 th tank of gas.

The driver decided to get back on the highway and drive 50 miles per hour. Somehow we made it to the cruise ship.

We did not use Royal Shuttle for our return trip to the airport from the cruise ship.

I will never use Royal Shuttle again. Not only did they pick us up in a broken down van but the van was filthy.
