I am sure I did not make any requests regarding extra materials but I also see that I am not going to get any resolution out of this company. It is the way they do their business (based on my experience and multiple negative online reveiws). The company never addressed the overcharge as well. It does not apper that Revdex.com can help in any way. I cannot accept the answer from the company that does not represent true events.

Hello M'r [redacted],  i would like to apologize Again with your bad Experience with Roy's Moving inc'.Regarding your Goods I wouldn't Say that you Loss them , I would like to offer you to come to our Storage to the lost and found department. and we will look for your goods, if we didn't delivered them , i'm sure that we can find them , and if not we will forward this case to the C-S-I, and they will adjust your lost and damage and they will    re embrasure you.regarding your Storage Fee,  i would like you to look at the contract what you agree and sign which it will be $931,00 a month and not like the Est' which is $600.00a month ,  and the reason of that its because of the extra item and heavy that you add in to the inventory.even if you go to the self storage over the winter they are running promotion with one or two months free of charge , but in the summer the charge double or triple because there is no space ,  so yes the est said $600.00 but the contract said $931.00 .  if that was in the winter I could work something out but to get your big jon in to our warehouse we lost a lot of business from other people.about the $200.00 charge on the delivery I can refund your card for the six guy that didn't came and the guys did the job with only 5 guys.  thank you so much and sorry for the inconvenience [redacted] at Roy's Moving inc

On the day of the move our professional team was on their way to the customer to provide moving servicesthat she hired us to do for her.Unfortunately, when our guys arrived to the customer's house, they found out that for a legal reason the foreman of the job could not work in...

that place. However, it was important for the company to deliver our services in spite all that happened that day. The dispatch tried to solve the problem by offering the customer to have her move done on the next day because we had no other team available to send the same day.The customer refused to take his solution and decided to cancel the job. We refunded the customer’s deposit she paid to reserve the job.The circumstance was unfortunate, and we no longer employ the foreman that wason that day. While we sympathies with the customer we do not feel responsibleto reimburse fees she incurred while hiring a different company.

I did not make special requests regarding the tapes, etc. it's up to the movers to take precautions. Secondly, I've never heard of a couch being taped so I do not see how tape would help. The damage happened when the couch was pushed with full force through the door. It's an absolute fault of the company.Furthermore, my complaint regarding the overcharge was never addressed. The company was totally unwilling to provide any resolution by ignoring my emails until I filled a complaint with Revdex.com.Regards,[redacted]  you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.]

[Attached the email where they held up my chair and blackmailing that the chair will not be removed until the post is removed. I posted after repeated attempts to get my chair delivered. Chair can be delivered to the same address on the order]

In response;The foreman would not know the extent of materials needed until he was on site. Therefore, how could the customer know of this materials charge until the crew showed up?The additional charges for materials is clearly stated on the contract sent to customer and signed for.Secondly, this customer was on a 5th floor, stairs only going to a 4th floor, stairs only. The original estimate was given at 2 hrs labor plus 1 hr travel time. The contract clearly states that this is an ESTIMATE only and may change per the actual time needed to complete. The issue of showing up late in the day has already been addressed, however, again sometime jobs run late which in turn causes other jobs to begin later than originally scheduled for.Thank you.
