I use to work at RPW Headlamps as a employee. and I can tell you, just from these reviews, I am NOT at all surprised by all the bad experiences people have had in regards to this Company.

Seeing first hand the quality of the Headlamps before being shipped, I promise you, it won't take a hard look to notice all the imperfections left behind purposefully. Yes, PURPOSEFULLY. Why do you think so many people are trying to return all the Headlamps they've bought?
If fixing the headlamp takes them too long, they will purposefully pass it and hope the buyers don't look at it before installing it. Take a close look at yours, you'll easily notice what I'm talking about.

Management is an absolute waste of space. Most are not there to begin with, and the manager I had was a racist, pathological lier and a man child. And I have PROOF of it too.

I won't tell you who and where to buy your headlights. Just please read all these reviews and decide for yourself. I think the answer is clear.

And I'm telling you all about my previous employment there because I want you to understand just WHO you will be buying from. They DO NOT care about YOU or customer satisfaction. Only YOUR money. They know they can treat their customers that way, because a lot of customers have to buy from them because their insurance states that they do.

We have had a credit balance with company and have requested a refund SEVERAL times This has been on-going for over a year We ordered #XXXXXX & #XXXXXX Headlamp assembleys from this company on 5/31/Our customer had to cancel this repair for we send the two items back to RPW Headlamps and received a credit (#XXXXX) for the $ We requested a refund check to be mailed to us but never recevied oneIn the meantime, on 7/13/we ordered a part and were invoiced $ We had no issues with this part so our outstanding credit balance was $ I have called several times to have this credit refunded to us The last time was today, 12/28/ They always just say they can request the refund to be sent and when I ask to speak with somebody in accounting to get this resolved they tell me they can't give me a phone number or can't transfer me to anybody all they can do is request a refund I feel I am getting the run around with this company and that they have no i

I'm a Parts Manager at one of the largest Body shop Chains in the Southeast and we purchased a headlight from RPW and it was damaged We purchased the headlight on 10/31/and discovered it was damaged and returned it on 11/03/ One month later I start calling to get a refund for the headlight and I get the same response every time, they tell me that its in Que for a refund check and that its still being processed and that there was no one they could transfer me to and that they don't have any other contacts that I could call to get an answerSo here it is 02/19/and I still haven't received a refund for the headlight that I returned back in November, I will never use them again and I advise not to use them

Will not refund returned purchase [redacted] has worked with RPW Headlights for many yearsIn the past year, we have had less and less success in procuring reconditioned headlights from RPWOur last transaction was a return on a headlight in May of Since that time, we have made numerous attempts to purchase headlights but found each time RPW did not have the necessary lightIn December of 2015, I call to request a refund check for the credited amount of $I was told the accounting department will process a refund but it may take a whileOver the next months I have called to check on the refund numerous times and each time I get the same response, the accounting department is not available, they will request a refund check but it is a slow process

My business purchased a headlamp from this company that was defective and retuned it per their policy for a refund

vender sold us two broken headlights and will not refund our money
Complaint: *** *** *** ordered two "reconditioned" headlamps from RPW Headlamps Two (2) vehicle headlamps were shipped to us brokenThe first headlight was for a RX We were directed to order the light by *** Insurance Appraiser Mr*** *** We paid $for the light It came in broken The customer service department of RPW sent a second light It was also broken I called RPW customer service Apologies were extended and RPW sent return shipping labels Federal Express picked them up We received confirmation that the headlamps were returned to and received by RPW on November 10, In addition and simultaneously, a second light was ordered for a BMW Z *** paid $for that light The Zlight also came in broken and missing parts Again we called and lodged a complaint Numerous apologies and promises of refunds were offered Federal Express

We are a body shop in South Florida We ordered a Headlamp that was defective and returned promptly We have confirmation of receipt and we are still unable to get our refund processed We were told that we are unable to speak directly to accounts payable This was an expensive headlamp and we are asking for assistance with getting our refund My next step is contacting a government agency for assistance

RPW failed to send a refund for returned item I have been waiting to be reimbursed for almost two months
I ordered a BMW Xenon headlamp from RPW on June 23, 2016(Order#XXXXX)During delivery I tried to inspect the part before the Fed Ex delivery man left but he could not waitI paid for the headlamp COD with check#in the amount of $once I opened the box to inspect the headlamp RPW had sent the wrong oneI called and tried to order the correct one but they said they did not have any in stock so they would send me a fed ex label to return the itemI received the return email a few days laterThe email stated once they received the headlamp they would issue a refundI heard nothing from them so I called on July 19th They said that they had received the headlamp and would be issuing payment within to business daysThey sent an email confirmation of receipt of the return(Return#XXXXX) on July 21, I waited one week before calling to check on the refund status

As a body shop owner had ordered a headlamp that was defective Got the return authorization and was sent back via Fper the companies policy Every time I call regarding the refund check I am told it is in the que for payment It has now been over a year...I guess it is still stuck in the que somewhere!! I can not even understand how these people are in business It has been over a YEAR and I can not get a refund, speak to anyone in accounting or use it as a credit because they never have anything available!! We returned a headlamp and have not received a refund in over a year
We purchased a headlamp, part #XXXXXSLNA01ZC-RE, order #XXXXX, on 3/14/Our account number is XXXXX and our business name is Precision Auto BodyThe part was received via Fedex and paid with check #XXXXX on 3/17/The headlamp was a poor fit for the vehicle so we returned it on 4/16/via FedexWe received a return confirmation #XXXXX on 4/21/I have made numerous attempts via email and phone requesting that a refund check be issued (most recently, 3/2/17, 3/23/17, 4/7/17, 4/21/and 4/25/17)Every time I am told that it is "in queue," that they will "post to accounting again," and that the checks are going out "very slowly." Horrific quality control and customer serviceBought a headlamp for a vw gti, first one the adjuster for the adaptive headlamps was broken, they sent another, same problemI got the third one in and the chrome trim INSIDE the headlamp is loose and just rattling around inside of headlampI asked if they could take it out of the box and make sure its not broke before they sent another oneThey said they couldntThey have terrible parts and serviceSave yourself the trouble and seek your headlamps elsewhere
