We are a body shop and we purchased a headlamp from RPW on 02/19/It came in damaged, so we returned it and received the Credit Memo on 03/02/2015, showing an amount due to us of $We have YET to receive that refund, despite numerous callsWe are always told "I can forward your request to the accounting department"We have never been able to actually speak with the accounting department or to get past the initial phone personSo it has now been more than years and we are still waiting for our refund

We are a body shop and we bought a headlamp from RPW that couldn't be used We sent the headlamp back for a refund It has been months and we still have not seen a refund When I call RPW and ask to speak with their accounting department I get the same answer every time, "our phone system doesn't allow us to transfer calls." When I asked for the outside number to the accounting department I am told "our phone system doesn't allow us to transfer calls." They will not allow me to speak with their accounting department to settle this issue and get my money back

PURCHASED SOME HEADLAMPS FROM RPW HEADLAMPS ON JULY 18,2016.RETURNED THE HEADLAMPS PROPERLY AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED REFUND

received a rgm to return for a refund.that was on august XX XXXX.called once awwek to find out where my refund was after they received the defective part backwas told it was in que to be paid.this is months later and still have not received it.the lady on the phone said I cannot talk to anyone but her and refuses to let me try to resole with anyone else/insurance adjuster will not return call either.the amount is plus intrest

I'm a Parts Manager at one of the largest Body shop Chains in the Southeast and we purchased a headlight from RPW and it was damaged
We purchased the headlight on 10/31/and discovered it was damaged and returned it on 11/03/ One month later I start calling to get a refund for the headlight and I get the same response every time, they tell me that its in Que for a refund check and that its still being processed and that there was no one they could transfer me to and that they don't have any other contacts that I could call to get an answerSo here it is 02/19/and I still haven't received a refund for the headlight that I returned back in November, I will never use them again and I advise not to use them

My business purchased a headlamp for a customers vehicle. When we received it the wiring plug had been cut off making it unusable. We returned the headlamp as per their instructions via Fed Ex. We received the credit memo from RPW on August 18, 2015. We have not received the money. We have called many many times; all documented. We are told that the only phone number available is customer service and they are unable to transfer us to accounting and they can only relay the message to accounting, there are many requests for credit ahead of us and it takes time. This does not make any sense since we have had the credit memo for 4 months. It differently smells like a scam. We have been in business for over 30 years and returned parts is always a frustrating part of it, but I have never had an experience even close to this ridiculous.

I am the parts manager for [redacted] our center is one of 290 centers through out 13 states. Have worked with RPW for over 8 years now and have add only positive results. The customer service staff is top of the line. Have had no problems in ordering, quality of products. Also if I need a return for any reason there is never a problem, return labels are e mailed to me withing the day of request. [redacted] is simply the best. Thank you RPW
