I had Purchased a complete bedroom suit with a california king size bed frame and headboard and footboard it was delivered on right around march 7th , I had to have the frame repaired the first time around the begining of june , at the end of june had to have the service come out again at the end of junefor the same problem it lasted for awhile then the footboard had broke and we had to have them come out againto fix that the frame broke again sometime later now the headboard is completely split at the brackets on the headboard I took pictures of it went to the store to show them and asked them for help on this matter they sent a tech out stated that they had ordered the parts , they also said that it would take weeks to get it , in the meantime im having to sleep on the mattress on the floor the first time I went to the store they gave me a number [redacted] for the higher up as she stated named anita anita never returned any calls never answered he

This really frustrates me because we started here to use a local merchant and support the local business We live in Fairdale and I have lived here all my life Now I'm sitting on folding chairs to watch TV because of your poorly run business
Our delivery was scheduled for today (Friday) When we called today to check on it, they said they would bring it tomorrow WRONG! So, I was going to cancel our order (reclining couch and chair with power) and I am still considering itWhat happened? I talked to delivery yesterday early and scheduled delivery for today So yesterday, I altered my existing plans so I could get our couch taken apart and and removed And for today I changed plans to be here when it was being delivered ( delivery at some time they would not specify, bad service there also) The couch order would already have been canceled if my wife had not talked me into letting it happen first thing tomorrow (Saturday) This definitely has not left me feeling like Furniture Liquidators is a company that stands by its word and is a company worth being a continued place to spend our money I will also let family and friends know they might want to shop at other furniture stores that are more reliable
Clearly customer service goes away once you have our money I no longer believe your company will listen and provide service if we, for some reason need itYou know, any chance of redemption here went away when the manager did not call us back with a solution and my wife had to call him to be updated on the resolution He chose to go on to other things rather than take care of us as existing customers

On April 21, 2016, I purchased a dinette set from Furniture Liquidator along with the year warranty for an additional $ The only information I received on the warranty was the yellow paper which states that: "BCase furniture which includes wood, metal or glass is covered by a limited warranty under conditions of usage for year from the date of deliveryRepairs of defects in workmanship and/or materials will be made without charge to the purchaser during the warranty periodRepairs or replacements will be made at the company option." I purchased a bed frame and mattress for over $at the end of August There have been multiple missed deliveries without notice, no return phone calls when checking on the status of the order and to this day, I do not have the complete bed that I ordered

BEWARE! I have purchased many pieces, furniture and mattress, from Furniture LiquidatorsThe quality is not the best, but not the worstHowever, I had a chase that needed the cushion replacedI had to pay for the repair up frontI went to the store, paid for the work, and was told they would come to my home to replace the inner cushionAfter receiving my check, they gave me a window of time on a Thursday that they would come to do the work, I had someone at my home to receive, they never showed, no phone call, nothing! I finally get a call back today and they are still confused that I was to have it delivered yesterday and they can come tomorrowBUT, cannot give me a time because it is an "outside vendor that picks up and delivers" although they gave me a time window for the pick upIt is UNREAL!
