I had Purchased a complete bedroom suit with a california king size bed frame and headboard and footboard it was delivered on right around march 7th , I had to have the frame repaired the first time around the begining of june , at the end of june had to have the service come out again at the end of junefor the same problem it lasted for awhile then the footboard had broke and we had to have them come out againto fix that the frame broke again sometime later now the headboard is completely split at the brackets on the headboard I took pictures of it went to the store to show them and asked them for help on this matter they sent a tech out stated that they had ordered the parts , they also said that it would take weeks to get it , in the meantime im having to sleep on the mattress on the floor the first time I went to the store they gave me a number *** *** for the higher up as she stated named anita anita never returned any calls never answered he

I was quoted one price by Carole whom I had spoken with on the showroom last night (last night being 4/10/2017) and had a pleasant experience she seemed knowledgeable about all furniture liquidators had to offerDecided today (4/11/2017) I was going to to take advantage of the "sale" they were currently having and buy a bedroom suit and a kitchen table setAFTER the sale priced savings I was going to be paying $3000+ All in all for the furniture, I even came in with the cash in one hundred dollar bills in my pocket and when I got there the price increased by $Okay I'm human like the rest of us reading this and mistakes happen, however if I make an $mistake for a customer (I also work in retail) I am expected to make up for it promptly by some sort or fashionI then spoke with Carole's supposed assistant manager who would not do anything to eleviate the issue either so this was clearly a bait and switch tacticI WAS a repeat customer and spent almost grand on a couch a little over a year ago at this same locationI will not be returning and I would advise anyone reading this not to deal with people who don't keep their word

Our experience with Richard Greene at the Fairdale location in Louisville ky was great! He was helpful, informative, and not pushy at all! We never felt like he was just trying too make a sale, but really wanted us to be pleasedWe would highly recommend him the all our family and friends, and would definitely go back together him again for any furniture needs

We bought recliners from Furniture Liguidators *** *** *** *** *** *** over year ago and have had both recliners fix with the same problem , the foot lifter parts bends and will not lift up or if you do get it up it will not go down at allThe repairman that came actually had to break the hand off to get the foot lifter to go downMy problem is now they want me to pay $for the same problem, since this the third time I do not want these recliners fixed I want my money backIf These items cannot hold up for just a little over a year to me they are junkI have a lazy-boy that is years old and has had nothing done to it in all those yearsAnd these recliners are just a little over a year old and have done been repaired for the same issue twiceI want refunded for the full purchase
